I love this workout soo much its so hard and by the time the workout ends my abs will be burning. I've added this workout to my workout playlist. My favorite types of workouts are cardio because they are like a dance workout and they make me feel energized and sweaty. THANK YOU SO MUCH, for your beautiful workouts maria!!!! LOVE YOUUUUUUU
I like ab workouts the most. This one is definitely my favorite (the flutter kicks make me feel like my abs are gonna explode, love them) . Thanks for this amazing workout Maria, you’re the best! 😍
i like cardio - especially running in the morning. i like ab workouts due to the satisfaction of the next day when the entire abdomen is sore :). but i find the v-ups to be really hard. i used to be able to do them easily when i was (almost) a foot shorter, but my legs are quite a bit longer than my torso now. i think i lost that coordination but i will work on it...
*Wow* ... This is in-tense. I had to take so many breaks to avoid accidentally straining my neck because my legs are heavy as Hell. I'm determined though and seeing myself improve at this would be quite astonishing. ;) As always, thank you for posting.

This workout was amazing. I am following you on youtube for quite a long but never posted to you. You are very inspiring. We have exactly the same age and I am from Russia too, but I live in Greece. I have passion for dance especially ballet and contemporary, but I never had the chance to follow my dreams because my parents do not support me in performance arts section including dancing, drama, and singing. Anyway, you are so nice and I follow your workouts, but this one was the best because it was the hardest one I think. Please can you upload more extremely hard workouts? It would be really helpful if you posted advanced killer inner thigh workouts other super hard abs workouts and advanced back workouts, especially targeting the lower back that we all need to strengthen. Thank you so much for all your work and love for what you do!
To me, any training that is not cardio might be my favorite 😅 I really really hate cardio. I had never tried pilates before, but I started doing two classes that you posted here on the channel and I particularly like them as a training.
