    for making these difficult yet effective workouts! As a dancer, I am very picky about which workouts to do. They need to benefit movement and target/activate the right muscles.

    i'm recovering from a back sprain, and so far this is the perfect routine that helps me "re learn" arabesque and find symmetry again, without stressing the joint.

      I have hypertension in my knees but its not always fun to have. Sure it's pretty but only if you have beautiful feet which I don't. Another thing is my knees are always in pain and there isn't really anything I can do about it. Overall I wish I didn't have a hyperextension.

    I am not a ballerina or that flexible, yet this exercise really left me with a feeling of satisfaction and euphoria that you described in the video! It was hard but you always encourged us all the way, which so important :) Whenever I wanted time to end there were almost always 20 more seconds!!😅

    thank you for another video! for me, it is much easier if you show the exercises in the beginning, like in the "full body pilates no equipment" video. sometimes I don't know the names of the exercises, so seeing them is very helpful. it would be amazing if you could show the sequence in the beginnnig!

    Thank you very much! This is just what I needed, I have tried so many workouts to slim and tone legs, but none have worked, I'm pretty sure this is going to help me a lot, as a suggestion, could you make a nutrition and diet video for dancers? as to complement the workouts.

      Why? This is a ballet *inspired* WORKOUT. Not a class.

      Ballet music would not be adequate for such a short fitness “class” where expressive execution is not required. The moves are ballet inspired but it is about fitness with regular rhythm throughout.

    Great workout, but please dont worry it is impossible for most skinny woman to bulk up, only 1% of all females are able to build big and bulky muscles. You are quite muscular but this 1% have a completely different body shape than you (and your sister) have. Its no "problem" for you to lift heavy weights, you will always look lean, toned and not bulky. :)

    Я плохо знаю английский, но я так давно искала нечто подобное!!!! У меня вес 47, а ноги массивные в области бедер из-за увлечения приседами , хотя меня уверяли, что бедра девушке невозможно накачать и раскачать . Неправда. Теперь ищу везде упражнения, чтобы область таза выглядела поизящнее. Ни у кого не нашла. Везде кач, приседы. Лично у меня утяжелился низ от этого конкретно. И вот нашла это видео Маши. Спасибо! Очень надеюсь, что исправлю все

    Сестричка делает немного неправильно (8.30). Колено сгибаемой ноги не должно заходить за большой палец стопы и пятка опорной не должна подниматься даже чуть-чуть (для этого нужно делать дальше шаг рабочей)Спасибо большое за ваши чудесные тренировки! Всё, как я люблю))
