Everything hurts, but in a 'this is good, I'm going to be SO SORE tomorrow' way!!! this was a really fun workout, and I love all the challenging moves!
THANK YOU for making these difficult yet effective workouts! As a dancer, I am very picky about which workouts to do. They need to benefit movement and target/activate the right muscles.
I have hypertension in my knees but its not always fun to have. Sure it's pretty but only if you have beautiful feet which I don't. Another thing is my knees are always in pain and there isn't really anything I can do about it. Overall I wish I didn't have a hyperextension.

Теперь ищу везде упражнения, чтобы область таза выглядела поизящнее. Ни у кого не нашла. Везде кач, приседы. Лично у меня утяжелился низ от этого конкретно. И вот нашла это видео Маши. Спасибо! Ballet music would not be adequate for such a short fitness “class” where expressive execution is not required. The moves are ballet inspired but it is about fitness with regular rhythm throughout.
Great workout, but please dont worry it is impossible for most skinny woman to bulk up, only 1% of all females are able to build big and bulky muscles. You are quite muscular but this 1% have a completely different body shape than you (and your sister) have. Its no "problem" for you to lift heavy weights, you will always look lean, toned and not bulky. :)
the short workouts are so good! they make me FEEL better afterwards and I feel like I've done something fit other than dance today... but is it that bad to have bulky muscle? I have a 'bulky' muscle on the back of my thighs and above my knees but don't really look good. is that a problem and if it is will I be able to fix it? thanks so much!
Only a very few woman have really "bulky" muscles, i guess you have strong and healthy muscles and with low body fat they become visible. Big muscles on the back (thighs) is healthy and that is ALWAYS good. If you really want to hide your muscles you need to cover them with body fat, but I think muscles look better without fat. Lets say it this way: too much fat is unhealthy, muscle is healthy, and i think healthy is beautiful. What do you think?
@@stevemcdaniel5679 yeah I agree. I think I was comparing myself with other girls in my class because they have really lean muscle while I have slightly bigger and more distinct shape of the muscle?? its unhealthy to compare but 😬 I should think of my muscles that way more often. :)

@@zixiong681 Absolutely! It is a gift to have large muscles naturally. Some say it's ugly, but most of them are just jealous because you need very good genes to build muscle easily. The best ballerinas in the world have incredibly muscular legs, arms and backs.
