Wow, never tried a 2 hr workout with dumbbells but I put it on my To Do list. My weights (I am a female) depend on the type of exercise/muscle but usually the heavy is 30-25 lb/dumbbell or single 40 lb dumbbell, medium is 15-20 lb/dumbbell and light 8-10 lb/dumbbell. Thank you for bringing variety and challenging strength workouts ❤ Love your voice over that explains the movement, position and where to feel the exercise❤
I finally gathered up enough nerve to do this particular exercise today-my goodness-this baby will be done twice a week with one day of the biceps/triceps workout in between-
Hi coach ali, i enjoyed this workout , i feel little weak by doing last 30min workout 😅 but i completed it , it was first time for me to do 2hr dumbell workout, i frequently use 15kg dumbell for heavy or medium workout and i use 8kg dumbell for light workouts , i hope you can upload this types of workouts by doing it with two dumbells as series, Thank you coach for great workout😊
@CoachAli has the most authentic real workouts on UA-cam! This one killed me but was also very satisfying
