    Can you please post more workouts with this format? I've never done a 80 minute long routine that flew by so fast!!

      You'll notice the last 10 or 12 workouts are in this lengthier format. They seem to be received well so we will do more of them 💪

    I'm not a fan of this particular session. You were doing the same exercises for multiple rounds.

      Sure fair feedback. I try to balance between workouts the audience will like and workouts that are actually super effective.
      This one is the super effective variety as 3 consecutive rounds allow you to really focus on the muscles you're working on and give you much better results than doing a single round and moving on!

      Blast series is like that! It got me shredded though so it was good 💢
