Sure fair feedback. I try to balance between workouts the audience will like and workouts that are actually super effective. This one is the super effective variety as 3 consecutive rounds allow you to really focus on the muscles you're working on and give you much better results than doing a single round and moving on!

Blast series is like that! It got me shredded though so it was good 💢
