I really like this type of workout. Extremely challenging. You certainly give a full body workout. 2 hours is a bit long for me. It's the first time I did a 2 hour video. Because of that, I thought I would give it a try. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow. Also, I love your channel because you focus on strength. I suffer from chronic leg pain, so I am unable to do much cardio. Also, is there anyway you can do a video without lunges or squats. They are extremely painful for me. Thanks! Those claiming this is less than 1500 calories, let me remind you that an hour of walking burns up to 340 calories (just google it), so the claim that this workout burns double that of walking for two hours seems more than reasonable to me!
Who has the time to workout for 2hrs? Most people want a good strength training session, but 2hrs is daunting and unrealistic for most of our schedule.
May be unrealistic for people with no ambition (or physical presence)! I just got through it. Burnt almost 1400 calories! My wife burned 1250 doing this too. Now time to get ready for work. He also has 5 minute workouts. Sometimes I add those in when I think I can do more but please don't speak for all of us and say it's unrealistic. It's absolutely not!
@@johannpienaar2646 I consider myself advanced. I have been working out (strength training) for over 25yrs. My issue is not with the difficulty of the exercise, it's the time. Few working people have the time to put in 2hrs, 3x weekly for strength training. There has to be a more efficient way to do strength training under an hour. Now, if one is a professional (it's how they make their living), that's different. But most of us seeking a good strength training program are not professional strength trainers. We want to get in and out under an hour. We're not fanatics.And yes, I know Ali has 5-10 mins workout. But that's not realistic and efficient to get a good/thorough workout. I am hoping that this is constructive criticism for Ali who wants to build his base and viewers.
