    Really hard❤. But for the calories lol...I'm pushing heavy weights and my watch only counts 168 cals lost! And I truly believe it. It's not cardio. Really enjoyed the wkt.

      Thank you! Regarding the calories I would say it's your watch that's failing to calculate weights training which is quite common.
      To put it in perspective if you walk at a moderate pace for an hour and twenty minutes you burn around 400 calories.
      Either your output during the workout was less than half of walking moderately (for example if you're using 1 pound dumbbells and can't feel a thing) or the more likely scenario is that your watch doesn't know how to calculate calories from weights training because it's only considering your heartrate and nothing else! Of course they don't tell you that when they sell you these watches 😊

      I use a Whoop 4.0 and I burnt 772 calories in this program! My old FitBit used to completely mess up weights training calculations but as soon as I jogged, the calories count would go through the roof.

      @@johnsebastian7839 fitness trackers don't measure weights training correctly period. For the most part they are only designed to track cardio!

      Wpuld be awesome to have a watch able to really cpunt the calories!! ​IMy farmin didn't seems to maake it properly even if it's a pretty good and expensive watch. Any brand you know that isbettwr for calorie counting? @@CoachAli
