Same thing happened to my family when I was younger. My mom and her brother, his wife and their five kids moving into our 800 square-foot house with my dad my mom, my two sisters and me got so bad the aunt pulled the knife on both my sister and my mom I swear they’re all the same-freeloading pos’s!

If a person goes to another persons house with a machete FULL STOP send them to jail for the rest of their life. That's so outside of acceptable human behavior they should forfeit their life. That's not a "mistake". If you can get to someones house with a machete without changing your mind then you can kill someone without changing your mind.
Like are we really talking about the convenience of a man who grabbed an unarmed woman by the throat while holding a machete at her home? Kick him out of his house at the very least. Force him to sell.

On the case of Kenneth Meadows. The judge and the lawyers are talking about 25 feet. From my front door the curb is probably more than 25 feet so that isn’t very far.
I got all my house work done and even made my sons lunch ready for him to go to work tomorrow listening to this. Yes he's 22 and I'll still help him out lol. This stream was very entertaining and made me thank God for my boring life lol

For those confused by the term "active labor", that's what it's typically called when the cervix has reached 4 cm dilation and is the point in which labor will continue rather than recede. I was in preterm labor at 3 cm with my oldest daughter and was able to cease the labor/contractions by going on bedrest. But once a woman reaches 4 to 5 cm, it's typically the telltale sign that the baby is for sure coming.

No good deed goes unpunished. And there are some people who don't understand that normally, tenants without leases are told to leave and then they leave. Sure, there are likely laws that say that LL's cannot self help evict and need a court order, but that's not the way normal people leave a residence.

When she started saying that he shouldn't be in the woods with his son I was horrified because of thinking about SA. Mudding is great fun. Generally, the worst that happens is you get dirty or have to figure out how to pull the vehicle out if you get stuck. That's life. You get mucky sometimes and you have to figure stuff out when things don't go to plan. You have to cope and sort it out. And laugh about it afterwards......

Well I live in Knoxville.... Only have seen machetes in Florida... Where I'm from. But I do know it's illegal to set off fireworks in Knox county... Learned that our first year here, in 2018. Our neighbor came out screaming that it was illegal and we were scaring her dog.

You come to my house with a machete, you will be shot. That is insane, and the attorney calling it a minor dispute is crap. That, to me, is absolutely a scenerio where self defense, stand your ground applies. No questions. If you come to my house aggressively, put your hand around my neck, with a machete in your other hand, you will be dead. Someone in my house will shoot you. Besides machetes are usually illegal. They became legal in texas, but I think they made pretty much everything legal bc it's a waste of money when juries won't convict.
