In the days preceding her death, Ellen was Googling "ways to commit suicide", was seeing a psychiatrist for "extreme anxiety," was taking an anxiolytic drug clonazepam with known side effects of suicide, and was prescribed a sleeping drug that was contraindicated (prohibited) to take with her anxiety medication.
Stabbing oneself in the midst of making dinner is exactly the kind of spur-of-the-moment 'anxiety attack' rash act one would expect given these circumstances.
Ellen also confided in her parents shortly before she died that she wanted to move back home, which showed she was going through some kind of acute life crisis.
Calling her fiance a murderer is defamatory, reckless, and irresponsible.

This case makes me SO infuriated!!! There’s no way someone can stab themselves the way they did with that much force. No way. I’ve been a mental health professional who has spent 27 years in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. I do my very best to not speak hyperbolically or exaggerate anything that has a criminal/mental health aspect to it. Having said that..
Your outrage is absolutely 100% spot on. But the reason I started out this reply as I did is because there is sooooo much more damning evidence most haven’t seen bc of their desperation to bury it. Evidence not just of this clearly being a homicide, but (more importantly) also of this being the most shockingly egregious cover-up of the death of a private citizen I’ve ever seen. That also extends to local media(NBC affiliate/Philadelphia Inquirer/Philadelphia Daily News). Sam Goldberg and the entire Goldberg family are part of the Main-Line and Philadelphia elite.
Thats the *actual* reason the entirety of PA/Philly law-enforcement and media has dug in and doubled down on this story. They are *all* complicit. The evidence proving that is irrefutable and damning. So all they have left is to try to keep it from the public.
So going back to how I started my reply, let that all sink in.

    • @itsjustmyopinionbut1671
      @itsjustmyopinionbut1671 4 місяці тому

@@antisocialal4799 No lol Crime and poverty are closely linked, both statistically and logically. Numerous studies and data analyses show a strong correlation between high crime rates and impoverished areas. For example, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics have consistently reported higher crime rates in low-income neighborhoods. This fact can’t be negated by simply implying money gives one legal and social immunity. We know this isn’t typical unless you’re watching a movie lol
Logically, this connection makes sense for several reasons:
      1. Economic Stress: Individuals in poverty face significant financial stress, which can lead to desperation and an increased likelihood of engaging in illegal activities to meet basic needs. If you’re down bad or more desperate, you’re more likely to make drastic, potentially criminal, decisions. If you’re wealthy, you’ve much more resources to cope in much more assets to protect.
      2. Lack of Opportunities: Impoverished areas often have fewer educational and employment opportunities. Without access to quality education or stable jobs, people may turn to crime as an alternative means of income.
      3. Social Environment: High-poverty areas may have weakened social structures and less community cohesion, which can reduce informal social controls that deter criminal behavior.
      4. Limited Resources for Law Enforcement: Poorer neighborhoods might have fewer resources for effective law enforcement and community policing, making it easier for crime to proliferate.
Addressing the root causes of crime involves tackling poverty through comprehensive social and economic policies. This includes investing in education, creating job opportunities, providing social services, and improving community infrastructure. By addressing these underlying issues, we can reduce both poverty and crime, leading to safer and more prosperous communities.”

Scenario: DV played a huge roll in her severe anxiety! She was preparing to leave him and return home to her parents. She left school early that day due to a snow storm. Before she got home, she filled up her gas tank (which is what I normally do prior to a bad storm. I was raised in SP)
She was cutting up fruit. They must of been arguing over something and he snapped! This was a crime of passion. She has her back towards him… she has no defensive wounds! He panics and calls Daddy and Mommy! They call their connected pals including Uncle Jimmy, and POOF “let’s say she unalived herself”!!
Sammy and his pals steal Ellen’s personal belongings, I’m assuming they also went “Poof” and disappointed!!

Hey Hailey! thank you for the video. I would like to also suggest a case that happened in Kazakhstan where there is ongoing trial. The case of Saltanat Nukenova. Would be amazing if you could bring awareness to it! (also our region is not covered at all so it would have been the first)

I wish I could see the whole file. I KNOW Ambien makes me sleep walk, or actually sleep ‘function.’ So, it would help if we could see the autopsy photos. I do feel so bad for her parents. ❤

I didn’t see this comment so I will chime in - how do we know the door latch was engaged? Sam could have made that up to create the story that he couldn’t get inside and needed to break down the door. Stalling for time. Going back and forth to the security guard. Very suspicious and clearly proves premeditation.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for all that you do. If you can, pleas look at Noah Presgrove, he was beaten so bad at a friend party, broken teeth, cracked skull. I think the family should hired a private investigator. No one is talking.

This case is SO dodgy. It's quite infuriating how at every turn, the people who were supposed to do the right thing folded under pressure, greed, coercion or whatever else made them decide to lie.

As to him not calling her. If the wing lock is what is keeping him out, I assume it’s like at hotels, the door would be open enough for him to be yelling into the apartment. If she didn’t hear him yelling directly into the apartment why would she hear her phone? So I wouldn’t assume to call her either, I’d assume she was purposefully ignoring me.

I haven't heard this case in such a long time and thank you for resurfacing this. Im disappointed that TO THIS DAY the family has been rejected from getting another opinion or look at this autopsy. It's really upsetting... The system or whatever entities involved continue to fail families looking for peace and closure.
    Congrats on 1MIL

    Sam: significant other 🤔
Emails Ellen instead of calling 🤔
Calls ANY OTHER PERSON but 911 🤔
Calls a renowned lawyer instead of police 🤔
Pesters the poor security guard to co-sign his shenanigans to guarantee a witness 🤔
He enters alone but insists guard is present 🤔
Starts coming up with theories right away 🤔
When ask to perform CPR looks around to see where the adults in the room are and only then realizes that he IS the adult. 🤔
All my red flags 🚩 that made me tilt my head and ponder: does this POS think anyone is buying what he’s selling? 25:42

OMG, this case is so frustrating. You don't have to be a doctor to see there's no way it was a suicide. There's no way he isn't guilty and they know it. He MUST have bribed them or something, which makes it even more disgusting! Money should not come into play when it comes to justice, but hey, go tell them that... I hope her family'll be able to find answers and bring her justice one day, may she rest in peace.
Also congratulations on the 1M, I love your videos sm I've been watching for years now, I'm so happy you've come this far
