Something psychologists learn in 100 level classes is you can't treat your own children. You have too much bias to see the situation clearly. So the second he said "I'm treating my daughter myself" I groaned, knowing that actually translates to, "I'm disregarding basic training and going to enable the hell out of this child."
I don't think that was his objective. I think he knew that if anyone else saw his child they would figure out what he had done to her. Incest.

This feels like parents who deep down knew something was wrong with their kid but stubbornly pretended everything was fine until it was too late.

more like there is something wrong with the parent and they projected their creepiness onto their child and created their own little monster.
Possibly, it reeks of them ignoring the problem for the longest time because admitting that their daughter needed help was a personal failure and as she became a consenting adult they helicoptered her in fear she would cause trouble. Of course this is all speculation on my end. I just keep getting the vibe they were trying to cover for her to avoid shame, like "hide her away so no one will find out what's really going on and call us bad parents" if that makes sense.

Everyone I’ve known over time, including myself, who found a body, has more or less been psychologically shaken by it at the very least and often far worse. It’s worse or not as awful depending on the state/appearance of the decedent, the relationship to oneself (if any), one’s state of mind, one’s trauma history and aftermath, and many other factors.
I was a person who couldn’t handle most horror films and had never even attended an open-casket funeral and afterwards I became a bit fixated on attempting to master my fear as much as i could, with mixed results. Later, when i was escaping from relationships w/ violence I had the same type of reaction at some stage: determination to harden myself to not go into disabling shock so that I could handle & respond adequately to the situation rationally & strategically. I also coped by constantly imagining myself responding to help/protect others, which was also oddly comforting as I had this attitude that “I wont let this type of thing happen to anyone else if I can help it - in case of danger I have to be the one (or one of the ones) who acts fast and instinctively to minimize harm to others”
The only people I’ve known who claimed that they were better at handling finding bodies were either exposed to enough trauma-triggering situations that they had learned adaptations (good and not so great) to deal with the situation in the moment and afterwards or had been exposed to a lot of graphic gore content online fairly often and at pretty formative years.

I think she wanted to scare the staff as much as possible. So that they would have to go through the room to see the horrible body (which they now would be very close to). If they had opened the door and there was blood everywhere - the staff would’ve just backed out from fear and called the police (and she knows police aren’t as easily scared/traumatized as us civilians).

If she walked out of the room, it was bloody and someone would see it through a crack in the door, they would have caused a scene and caught her immediately. By keeping the horror as far away as possible from the entrance, she bought herself time just in case.
In and out with a clean murder scene and a whole head in under 3 hours is CRAZY effecient. The amount of prep and skill involved there alone is extremely concerning and makes me have a hard time believing she didnt only kill for pleasure but this isnt the first time AT ALL.
3 hours is no room for panic, hesitation, being bad at cleaning or changing your clothes after, etc.

And I feel gross inside due to the fact that out of natural human curiosity that I know I will need to wait years until anyone gets any real answers to any of the thousands of questions this case brings up. But, with Japan's low homicide rate, I would be VERY curious to know how many unsolved cases that country has in recent years with ANYTHING similar to this specific case. Could this be a family of serial killers even _more_ cold, calculated, and 'efficient' than Israel Keys? And we KNOW there are A LOT out there. 8 billion humans on this earth and counting..

That’s what I was thinking 😭 Either she planned this out FULLY ahead of time or she LEARNED how to execute it from prior experience. I’m not fully sure it’s impossible to execute this without experience because the reality is drastically different than the fantasy/idea hence there’s almost always a repulsion the perpetrator goes through before they disconnect their actions from their feelings during execution. Usually this repulsion phase delays the cleanup process the most but maybe in her case it hastened it?

There are all SORTS of questions we need answered in that whole insane situation..! And DEFINITELY that one is among them! Also, "Why did Mom put up with a rotting head in a tub?!" My mom hated it if I left soap residue on the bottom of the tub, much less 'mushy brains dribbling all over'..!

I’m not a native Japanese speaker, but I am decently fluent, and I just thought I’d offer my perspective on how he refers to his daughter. Musume-san is the common way to refer to /other peoples’/ daughters. So although it comes across as weirdly respectful of one’s own child, the vibe I get is less like royalty, and more like distance.

I have heard the usage in very old school, well to do families addressing adult daughters. I suppose a Head of Psychiatry at a major hospital would quailfy but, that's a generation or two out of fashion. The only other time is when there is a family business involved and the diminutive -Chan wouldn't be appropriate. Like if she had seniority over subordinate staff of if say, they operated a medical practice together.
Since that isn't the case here, it's just one more reason this family is weird af.

Hey stephanie, I would like to inform you that a lot of details in this case has been misinterpreted. Btw the name of the victim is Hiroshi and he was a known creep who used to prey on women in clubs, multiple sources has confirmed that. He was a known "crocodile" (a term used to describe men who bother female patrons at establishments). The theory that Runa was SAed holds true and her having a lot of bothersome incidenta in childhood and showing really violent tendencies have been testified by former teachers and classmates. She was supposedly an outcast in school and a victim of intense bullying which aggravated her antisocial tendencies and had a really special bond to her dad.

Stephanie actually did mention the victim, accused by his killer, assaulted her and dressed more feminine to prey upon uoung women at clubs. She just states those were allegations at the time she made the video, made by the killer. So maybe she didn't know he was a known creep?
Either way, vigilante justice isn't justice.

I think this was pure revenge. And not any other theory. The fact that even her mom allowed to keep the head inside the house is because of pure revenge motive.
As I hear this case,the dad looking out -sitting outside his house and car is his way of protecting Runa.
Him looking at Runa dancing with Hiroshi was him keeping an eye that Hiroshi won't do anymore SA stuff to Runa.
That's why he was present at all moment once they planned to kill him.

As a hotel receptionnist with hemophobia finding a decapitated body in the bathtub is probably one of my worst fear.
I think the murder was premeditated and it wasn’t just random. She had bought all these disguised outfits to get away with it and even kept a dead man’s decapitated head at her home like some sort of ritual or reward whiles her parents knew. she needs to be locked away with her dad and anyone who took part in this henious crime.

there's a case about a 10 year old boy called Rabie, he suddenly disapeared around 2010 with no trace for more than a year, it turns out he was kidnapped for revenge by family members, his body was decapitated and used for some "black magic" treasure hunting. And when his parents thought that the only way to find justice for their son was to go on tv and point the finger at someone, the killer thought it was a good idea to do the same to defend himself, appear and sit opposite to the boy's parents on live tv! this case brought a lot of attention and was famous all around the country,
it would be great if you research this case, it's really interresting and have many twists and turns. the place is Tunisia, North Africa.

Her Father is weird for been in this whole murder case and as someone that needed to diagnose his daughters condition or at least got her other professional help played a disgusting role in this and it makes me sick

@@cryfly1 of course i'm assuming, but japan's such a conservative country. most women don't even rejoin the workforce after marriage. when my friend was interning there, she said there weren't any older women in her branch and everyone assumed she'd quit after marriage.
when women do work after marriage, they tend to work low-paying part-time jobs so that their family's combined income wouldn't place them in a higher tax bracket.
in such a cultural climate, i imagine it'd be difficult for a mother of two children to be ok with an open marriage.

This is information from the Japanese Yahoo News.
Apparently, the daughter was a quiet woman who did not feel comfortable being with men. The victim was a cross dresser, well-known among those communities for being a trouble-maker, even being banned from one such bars. They met at a karaoke bar or some similar place, the victim never revealed that he was a male and he befriended her. He tricked the daughter into going to a hotel room with him, she obliged not knowing her friend was a male, and he had non-consensual sex with her.
The parents found out, the father confronted the victim and demanded he never contact his daughter or show his face to her ever again.
The victim contacted the daughter again and invited her to meet up at the hotel. She agreed, fully prepared to kill him, because apparently, he was killed immediately after entering the room, as only the bathroom where the victim was decapitated was used.
The father helped his daughter cover up and evade the police. The mother has also been arrested, probably because she knew the head was in their house.
But the information still does not answer why they brought the head back to their house and seemingly not making any plans to dispose of it.
Japanese yahoo news arent a reliable source, just saying. Also thats the murderer's story, not facts

I think she was a case study for him. It's incredibly unprofessional to treat your own family or friends as a therapist. I think the signs as a child show he found “outlets”
I agree with this. My mom is a psychologist and she has stated that she could not diagnose me as a patient as it’s unprofessional and it’s to avoid any biases. Even if she knew what the diagnosis would be she could not do it herself someone else would have to.
When the doctor said "I'm a psychiatrist, I don't have any history of mental illness." i groaned. thinking you are immune to mental disorder just because you are a psychiatrist is a very dangerous sign

I think Runa is not neurotypical, and may have shown some signs of mental illness as a child. Her father was a psychiatrist and realised that if she went to get help, it would reflect badly on his career, making him look 'incompetent'. So he blocked her from getting mental help, but this made the problems worse and the coping mechanism he came up with was to spoil her so she wouldn't act out. Runa learned that if she acted out, her parents would trip over themselves to please her. And things just escalated more and more.

Please don't toss ND and then automatically go towards mental illness. ND doesn't automatically make one with mental illness.

Side note about dolls, dolls related hobbies are widely present in Japan, from traditional dolls like hina ningyo or hakata dolls, to ball jointed dolls, non of those are cheap! Even kids dolls like Rika chan are typically more expensive than Barbies (who is not so popular here), but we’re only talking around 30-40$. But if we’re talking BJD type, the hobby easily goes to hundreds, even thousands dollars… those are basically not meant for children!

That last statement gave me chills. Like was it a murder analysis? Was it him noting that after maybe seeing his daughter kill something for the first time? I can't imagine it was truly her first murder if she was threatening to kill kids with a knife.

My Theory: This was like a contained experiment if I ever seen one. The Doctor and his wife was very aware that their daughter had psychotic tendencies because he evaluated her when she started showing signs. The doctor started noticing that his daughter's behavior was escalating but they didn't want to put her away because she's their only daughter. So what better way to let your kid get her fantasy off but to keep an eye on her and clean up after her. They wanted to stop her but not only did they love her but they started to fear her (explains why she not only lived with them but seem to appease her). It feels like this was not the 1st time she has done something like this, but it's the first time it came home. It caused the wife to face exactly what her daughter was, but the father was very well aware. It feels like he may have been writing the observations somewhere planning for a paper or book.

I like your theory. I was thinking along the same lines but I want to shoehorn in some incest ever since the thumbnail. Maybe not but something extremely traumatic happened to this girl very early in life. It's interesting that she talked about having an alternate personality because DID is not something that her father should put much stock in. If it is something that can actually happen to a person then it's brought on by very early sexual abuse from inside a respected, proper and morally correct social environment.
In any event, if the doctor was conducting an experiment then he must have notes!
Often these traits are genetic so they mightve had less care, or the dad alone, to report their child

It seems like she equated knives with power or safety (either one). I truthfully think she’s a predator now. This seems like she’s done it before because she knew exactly what she needed to make her kit.
there have been cases of dad-daughter toxic dynamics having a incestuous element, but where they seem to be acutely aware of how taboo engaging in that would be so instead the daughter would engage in sexual activity with a stranger and the dad would watch or she'd send pictures/videos or iirc there was one where the dad specifically picked out who his daughter would marry or date and that was their way of i guess being involved without actually being involved and tbh this dad-daughter duo just makes me think of that. there's definitely something very suspect about their whole dynamic.

I imagine that is incredibly frustrating.
My theory: the father and daughter had some sort of inappropriate, emotionally or physically incestuous relationship that led the daughter to develop a deep rage, a fascination with knives, and possibly also dissociation and/or psychosis.
I find the daughter's fascination with knives at such a young age to be highly unusual, especially for a girl. In my opinion, her fascination is likely a response to something that happened to her, most likely the experience of being violated in some way. Being preoccupied with knives reflects her desire to harm someone else and also a desire to defend and protect herself. Knives are also phallic symbols. From a psychoanalytic standpoint, she's preoccupied with becoming the person who has a powerful phallus, and who is able to use it as a weapon, perhaps similar to how someone else used their phallus as a weapon against her.
The person the daughter likely has the most rage for, but who she is least able to direct it toward, is her own father. I believe the father knew well that he shouldn't be "treating" his own daughter, but he had to do it not merely to protect her, but also to protect himself. He didn't want anyone else to get in his daughter's head and actually get to the bottom of her strange behavior and preoccupations, most likely because they would lead back to him.
P.S. How does one account for her having a fascination with knives on the one hand, and dolls on the other? The dolls are a symbol of her childhood and innocence, while the knives reflect her rage at losing both in some traumatic way.
As an armchair psychologist, she sounds like she might be autistic. On a top of that, she might be slightly psychopathic, sadistic and have lower IQ. Or her sadism and aggression are a result of abuse by her father. I can imagine her father was the one telling her to kill him, because he is jealous. Then records her playing with the severed head.
Possibly. But some people are just crazy, some people are inherently good, and some are inherently bad, some are swayed to turn bad, some are swayed to turn good. But this chick was 29, when she mutilated a 60year old and played with his decapitated head. Shes beyond evil, the whole family is twisted.
@Lynn.B. Maybe it was a yearning for a childhood of innocence she never got? Like, trying to replicate it, you can control a doll's circumstances, but you can't control what happened to you. I'm assuming the knives were anger and some sort of yearning to inflict damage or draw blood. It might be a horrifying and disgusting outlet for her to vent. Either that, or she could have a sick obsession with hurting people. Regardless, though, there's definetly control issues there, again with the doll's, but maybe the knives too? Wanting to find the perfect knife that cuts the way you like, handle, length, look. Control issues also, because of how meticulous she was in cleaning up, and getting everything she'd need ahead of time, also, having a ride ready, all that stuff. However, control again, because she chose to leave the body, it might have given her a gross sense of power, and control over the individual. Whatever the case, though, she's a seriously twisted individual, who needs to spend the rest of her life behind bars.
Probably also something genetic, between her and the dad. They're both apathetic seeming.
Hi, I live in the city this murder happened and I can go that love hotel district in 20 minutes! I discovered you a few months ago as someone interested in true crime, and I’m commenting for the first time because I was actually going to ask you if you could cover this incident, so thank you! I’d been following our local news stations and found information here and there online but you filled in all the gaps for me. I’m still shocked that this happened in this city, and that they kept the decapitated head in their house for 3 weeks (their home is only 2 cities or so away from here and is actually somewhere I pass on the train to work every day)! A friend found out and told me that the victim liked to dress up as a woman, and so she was worried that it was an LGBTG+ hate crime (as it’s still not quite as accepted in Japan, especially in our area as it’s more of a “rural city” unlike Tokyo), but after watching this video, it definitely seems like it was personal. I’m curious to see the outcome of the case next year, as it will probably be all over our local news. Thank you again not only for this video, but for all the cases you cover. And stay safe everyone - you never know what could happen a few miles or even a few doors away from you!

Totally off topic but, I lived in Japan, Hiroshima, for like 5 months but my biggest wish was to live in Sapporo. So to see a comment from someone from there, although under undesirable circumstances, is nice in some way. Also, in the same breath, the fact that a crime like this happened in Sapporo is just so shocking and so sad. I hope Hitoshi's soul rests in tranquility.

This case is giving me dexter vibes. Maybe the father knew his daughter was completely antisocial and being a doctor he believed he could control her. And maybe they worked together to find a victim that they deemed guilty in some way.

Scenario.
It could be one of those vigilante type things, where they did pick the victim based on the prejudice that he dressed that way to lure girls into motels. They deemed him killable, it would be justified in their minds. I believe her dad 100% knew and possibly planned with her/maybe even for her.. really twisted case

In my opinion she was probably SA’d by her dad, I know such speculation can be harmful but in my experience she shows a lot of telltale signs to severe and repeated childhood trauma, and her relationship and dependence on her father and the way he is with her,it just seems to be to many red flags.
She was heavily bullied at school when she was younger, the bullying was so intense that her parents pulled her out of school, so maybe her attachment to her dad is a result of that (?)
why do people always assume SA, and never consider that emotional (and unlikely in this case, but physical) abuse could cause more damage. The brain is the most complex piece of biology ever, that's why there's a whole branch of science dedicated to it.
Humans are social creatures. Isolation is THE MAIN cause of mental illnesses, and it causes heavy dependency. That is the most obvious answer from a psychological standpoint, likely no abuse (or maybe a little emotional) was done.

Hey this line of reasoning is using victim blaming language. I agree with you that this woman likely committed the crime purposefully, but let’s set that aside for a moment to discuss trauma responses. Everyone responds to trauma differently for example in the Demi Lovato documentary here on YT Demi explains how she was raped by her drug dealer while she was overdosing and after recovering in the hospital she sought him out again in an effort to reclaim her power. She did the same thing when she was raped for the first time at 16 while working at Disney. And yet in a safe therapy setting there is something helpful about recounting traumatic experiences and changing the narrative, but of course you shouldn’t physically go through with that. Trauma responses are complicated but a survivor’s desire to try to replay the incident is not uncommon and if done in a professional setting such as in an EMDR session, it can be very helpful to trauma recovery. I just wanted to respectfully push back on this because victim blaming language hurts us all and it’s through places like UA-cam where survivors may come to understand that they actually were assaulted. Also with this case, I think it’s still possible that she was assaulted which doesn’t negate the fact that she set him up to be murdered after but does make me sympathize with her mental state.

This case is so disturbing! The only other theory I can think of: Since the dad took responsibility for her psychiatric care, maybe he felt like he had to help her after the murder bc he failed to properly treat her mental health issues. But absolutely none of the theories excuse what they did!

The first source I saw on this case mentioned something about Runa and Hitoshi meeting online before meeting in person for the first time at the club. It also mentioned something about Runa hating men from a very early age. She initially believed Hitoshi was a older cis woman and was furious when she discovered Hitoshi was AMAB. These may just be rumors but I thought it might be worth mentioning. I won’t speculate about Hitoshi’s gender identity since the only person who could truly answer that question is dead and I appreciate you not jumping to any conclusions like I’ve seen others do. Thanks for another amazing video.

I remember hearing about this case and watching the news and reading post about it (I live in Japan). It is said that she was bullied for being different as a child and kids started to become afraid of her when she chased a kid and almost stabbed him for teasing her. Some say she had a disdain for men and preferred women. Originally it is said she thought Hitoshi was a woman but of course we don’t know. There are said to be allegations that Hitoshi SA some younger women as well after meeting them at the clubs.
yeah that's what I heard too! I heard he dressed up as a woman mainly for 3 things: his fetish, to get free stuff from men who thought he's a woman, and to lure lesbians. Runa claimed to be either bi or a lesbian if I'm not mistaken, these are the things my Japanese friends told me, they also said that not only he often grope women, he even got banned from some bathhouse for peeping

I live in Chile (south america), and we called them "motels" but its the same thing. They have themes like jungle or the woods, futuristic, etc. I love your videos!! I have learned so much about other cultures with all of your channels! Everytime you tell a story or teach us something, you are so passionate, responsible, human and caring.

Some points that are found in a lot of articles here in Japan about the case that weren’t mentioned:
1. The victim a father of 2 (1 child being very ill) seemed to not care about his family and he out partying a lot. Not relevant? but just interesting that the victims “friends” have no good things to say about Hitoshi and backed up the sexual assault claims (not just Runa’s grandpa saying it.)
Also Hitoshi was allegedly banned from some clubs due to him sexually assaulting drunk women.
2. Runa was mentally ill from a young age and allegedly was afraid of men and got into an online relationship with Hitoshi while he was pretending to be a woman. (In which case I can understand a worried father escorting his mentally ill daughter to meet a stranger she met on the internet. She’s old enough to do what she wants but of course I can understand the doctor/dad’s side.)
3. The co-workers and friends of the doctor said he was the kindest man ever, spending his time donating and helping charities and was an extremely caring man.
4. Keeping dolls is an extremely common hobby here in Japan for adults. Also collecting miniature things.
5. After Hitoshi tricked Runa and sexually assaulted here he continued to stalk/harass her. I can understand that a mentally ill woman that was afraid of men and then tricked and sexually assaulted by one could do the unthinkable. Not an excuse; but makes sense.
I think the doctor genuinely didn’t know his daughter would do this but felt responsible after the fact because he knew his daughter was mentally ill.

Dear Steph, Thailand just happened to have a shooting in the mall which is really sad, but previously there was another shooting at the mall in the northeastern province called Korat which left the whole nation speechless, there were rumors about corruption, bully etc. on that case. Korat is my hometown so I will be gladly provide in the info you need, if you want to do. I just feel like you would actually tell the story in a way that no one can. Your videos are all full of facts and the way you tell is amazing.

Here to request a video on Dana Alotaibi (fyi she has a UA-cam channel of the same name) and how she was murdered by her marine ex-husband on the freeway while being pregnant. Her case got picked up by the redpill community a while back but of course they mainly focused on victim blaming her because she was also an onlyfans model. Would be nice to see her case get the coverage it deserves in a respectful manner. She also has videos of her pleading for help from the military domestic abuse hotline on UA-cam before her death.

OMG it’s crazy that you mentioned Hotel Alpha in Tokyo! My boyfriend and I went there the night before I left Tokyo, and we booked the most expensive room for the night. We’re not like ~that~, but it was a super fun experience. When we first got in we couldn’t stop laughing at how bizarre the room was- lights that change color depending on noise level, strange hooks/chains on the walls and ceiling (turns out those were for suspension and we definitely did not attempt any of that), the complementary “equipment”, the cross and *special* red chair, the one toilet with no door and was facing the entire room. Honestly I recommend it to anyone who’s been in a loving, long term relationship!

Maybe it was a Dexter situation where the father as a psychiatrist was aware his daughter was a psychopath. So he purposely didn’t want other psychiatrists to treat her so she wouldn’t get caught. Then he needed an outlet for her to unleash her desires so she wouldn’t harm innocent people, family members or classmates. He mentioned society is the problem, perhaps he justifies his actions by eradicating what he believes in his mind is the “scum of society” - a cheating, crossdressing, sexual harasser. To him Hitoshi might’ve been a “kimochiwarui ojisan” or “dame ningen”. Meanwhile giving his psychopathic daughter an outlet to release. Killing 2 birds with one stone. Just a theory.
That's exactly what I thought. And him staring down the streets or his strange behavior is just him thinking how to continue living like that, without losing his only daughter.

Marriage is seen more as a partnership in Japan, especially if you have a kid. It's common to find hotels with two beds for couples because there's a considerable number of married people that don't even share the same bed anymore. They stay together to save face, make sure their kids live in a two parent household, for financial reasons, etc. Cheating is also perceived differently. To some it's acceptable to find physical intimacy or stimulation elsewhere as long as there's no emotion involved. That's why there are hostess bars, soap lands, etc. because sex is seen more as a commodity than a passionate act.

I live in Russia and I would like to tell you about a tragedy, 25 of march 2018. it was the day when a big shopping mall had a fire, and a lot of kids died. this is the tragedy I will never forget, and no one will ever forget. it happened because the mall didn’t have enough exits and the windows were very tiny, no one could escape. talking about ambulances, they just didn’t come in many minutes, because they didn’t care. no one was sentenced, no one is in jail. there are a lot of videos from this mall and a lot of phone calls’ records with ambulances

yeah, it was very disturbing. I remember how all our group watched those graphic videos. Horrible. I believe there was also something about stuff, loking kind in the cinema so they can't wander of during film? And then going for lunch or something, so they were not present near cinema when the fire started and kids & parents cried for help to unlock the door

The dad is calling his daughter as musume-san in his post is like a journal for a patient...he's like distancing himself from her like she is a subject for his study or something, just something that crosses my mind when this was said by stephanie...because "san" is kinda like a way to respect or making social boundaries meaning the person itself is not close friends or family...and mostly like saying it to a patient, client, they use 'san'.....to keep the boundaries....so just a thought...maybe the dad is trying to set boundaries to help the daughter (as a patient)...but I don't think it's the best way because no matter what she is the daughter so there's will be involving a part of emotions there....she should be having a different doctor seeing her instead of her dad....
Great respects in taking time on research and presenting multiple theories. Now in Japan, many support the sadistic kill theory. She enjoyed slowly cutting a throat of a handcuffed man, even recorded the scene. When the murderers got caught, they often blame a dead victim in order to get less punishments.

I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. I think it’s likely the victim did assault Runa but she was also a very cracked person with a bizarre relationship with her father. Kind of like that, she always had that potential, the SA was just a catalyst.
I wonder if Runa claimed he was blackmailing her but it might not have been true, which galvanised her already deeply enmeshed father to help her plan a murder. I doubt Runa’s father was the mastermind, but he is definitely the reason that Runa is the way she is.

As far as this case goes... it's pretty shocking that she went so far as to behead him. I wonder if that was to try and avoid identification of it? On top of that, there is no way you can say this wasn't planned on her part. Geeze. Her parents involvement is also really bad too.
This doesn’t make sense to me though because in order to check into a hotel, you have to provide ID. Especially with a love hotel so they are able to verify the ages of the parties.

I'm only 10 minutes into the video and gonna make my hypothesis. Her dad is a child psychiatrist and the way they treat her tells me she's been traumatized as a child. He wasn't creeping on her date he was keeping an eye out for her because I bet you one of his patients opened up to him about an adult in her life abusing her and it triggered the father/daughter duo because his own daughter went through it and that sealed his faith! (I'll update at the end)
