I have lost 30 pounds since I discovered you but initially found the videos too strenuous. 78 and overweight ! Over time they became easier. Love the music, no talking and your smile! Uplifting!
I started a week ago and am so thankful for your videos. They are just what I need. I am 61 years old and I'd love to be rid of my belly fat and muffin top. I have shared with 2 of my friends who also love your videos.
Dear Petra, It's my goal to get below 70 kg ( or beter 68 kg ) for 1st January 2024. That means to loose 17 kg till the end of this year. I was searching on UA-cam some video's to get me started and I end my search when I found you. My goal is to workout every morning and better to workout every day or every other day. Petra you are the best, Fat had started melting slowly, best is ease and your smile, I have weak ankles , spinal issues, but when I do exercise from the videos provided by you. It doesn't heart at all. You seems one of us. Thank you so much.
