I’ve been meaning to reach out to let you know how great my journey has been. I’ve been working out with your videos for almost 16 months now and I have lost 180 pounds. My heaviest was 320 and I am now 140 pounds, my transformation has been amazing. And let me just add. I am 61 years old. It just goes to show you. It’s never too late.

@@aheilman6 what I’ve learned is start with low weight and slowly increase . Use good form doing the motion to get best results and avoid injury. Also, as shown here, have fun! I go to a strength and alignment class just to enjoy the company of others on this journey. It’s nice knowing we are all looking fabulous together. Being consistent is key because muscles loosen so fast especially as we get older. You will see results and maintain them. Nice to know we have control over some things lol 💪🏻💃

I’ve recovered from being hit by a car and a brain aneurysm really appreciate my body being toned after months of inactivity! Never again. As long as I can move I will be doing all I can. It makes for a happy life when you can be active w balance agility, mobility and pain free. Exercise smartly. Btw love the pool! Used to have one!

I love your workouts, and have been doing them for three years. During that time, with dieting, too, I lost 145 pounds, and I feel great! However, when you are old (67) and lose a lot of weight, your skin will not "snap back" to it's original size, and no amount of exercise will get rid of the sagging skin. So, a month ago, I had arm lift surgery to remove my "bat wings" and excess skin under my arms (bra overlap). I do believe that your arm exercises played a big part in my arms being strong and toned, and therefore in good shape for the surgery. I am slowly doing your arm exercises again as my stitches heal and I need to start stretching and reaching again. So, even if exercise can't get rid of all "bat wings," it's still worth doing!
Well said my dear.. good for you... I too have said that no amount of exercise will give me tight and toned look that I didn't have in the first place however I feel GREAT AND I HAVE MORE ENERGY AND I LOVE THAT.

Im 57 and bc of knee pain and finally surgery in '21 i haven't been working out as much as i should. Im ashamed of my arms and hate having to be careful with the tops i buy now. This was great! Thank you. I used 1kg dumbbells so yes, my arms are on 🔥🔥😄. Hopefully i can soon wear sleeveless tops/ dresses again. Because of Hashimoto i lost all my muscles some years ago and i was too tired and to sick to do any training at all. I started daily walks but that is not giving you muscles. But i'm getting healthier and healthier now, so, i'm very happy i can do, and have the energy for workouts and this kind of exercises again and without pain.

Amazing and fabulous and doable your bat wing exercises work! I have had comments about my arms… can you believe it !!!! and been demonstrating some exercises : Fab50 really work ( nearly Super 60 and will be continuing all my exercising and stretching -still young at heart ❤️. Great arm workout; however, I had to drop my arms a couple of times near the end as I have had 3 whiplash injuries (the first one being when I was 29 years old-40 years ago which was never treated) and I suffer from severe chronic neck and shoulder pain. Some of the shoulder exercises are quite difficult especially when having to keep my arms up for an extended period of time. I am trying to work on this though but this was Fabulous, Schellea. Thanks!
I love the new batwings workout, working a different set of muscles or working them in a different range of motion. As always the location and music selection is on point. One observation though, I did miss your lovely voice and words of encouragement and affirmation in the voice over. I'll be adding it to my playlist because my arm and shoulders are on fire.

Arms on Fire! Did this one yesterday too and think I'll keep at it. I've been working out since May including doing your bat wings video, but despite being fairly thin now they are pesty and not wanting to leave , but I think this video is going to help me get over that edge. Love your videos!

I am 63 years old and love your workouts and your calm approach to fitness. I just wish the upbeat music would correlate better with the moves. I understand you're trying to keep the pace for your clients, but it's easier for me to follow along if the music and beats go together at a suitable pace. Hi, thank you for these videos, I've been doing one of your others for two weeks and I love it... Bíceps, triceps & shoulders... I can keep up but when I get to shoulders it's a struggle... Why? I always thought I had stronger shoulders.... Can this routine really work with no weights? Also, have you a workout for toning inner thighs? Any help & advice is appreciated...
Thank's for this arm firming routine without weights. I'm 69 yrs young and I used weights three months ago doing that monster arm lift straight up in front of me and I pulled or damaged one of my pectorals and it is just feeling healed now. Took 3.5 month's to heal...that's nut's! So I'm being extremely careful now using weights.
Keep up the great work, Belindamarie! You are very wise to take it slowly. Your body will let you know when it’s time to increase the weight, but for now, this kind of work out and bodyweight exercises are perfect for you. ❤️
