Loved this workout - first two exercises on round two threw me as it was same arm and I just followed the video, but will change arms next time 😊. Love all your videos. I just turned 49. Sadly i have not been active much at all. Struggling with depression & sleep issues. Being inactive has caused me to gain 60 lbs in about a year & half 🫣😭🫣.
