So, I decided to test the waters, so to speak, & open up some of my listings internationally. Thanks for being the nudge I needed 👍
I definitely suggest rephotographing the white JW top on a darker or patterned background. It blends in to your wall and when your buyer is scrolling it won’t jump out at her which is why you have so little views. Awesome sales this week, thanks for sharing! :)
Wow! Getting full price on the JCrew dress is amazing👍🏼 I watched your videos on listing items on ebay. Then I read ebay’s charges and options for listing and became confused and dazed. It seems so complicated. Do you have a video specifically on ebay charges?
You should photograph the white Johny Was shirt against a pink or blue background. White on white is never going to attract any attention. Maybe even put it on and photo.

I have several questions about Johnny Was so i hope you meant it when you said you like answering questions! What is the hierarchy of his brands ? I know the brand says it follows women through all stages of their life, but in terms of reselling/demand- what are the best sellers- Johnny Was Collection? Do you still pick up 4 love and liberty? And how do you find comps for these tops? There are several tops on Tgred up right now and i have a great discount code so trying to figure out what to get!
I find it tough reselling preowned clothes on eBay nowadays. It was a different story even last year. Two years ago I was making a grand a month reselling a few hours per week. Too many sellers now, too many brand new items for sale at ridiculous prices.
At least eBay is not charging buyers taxes! Poshmark is! Shipping on poshmark is already ridiculous! If you're buying one light item! Plus taxes!!!! If you're paying under 10$ for something it's ok I guess! But anything over $50.00 is now ridiculous! Especially for used items that has already been taxed before!
Thats why I will never go full time reselling. Its a 'hobby' for me and I never want to pray to the eBay Gods. There is more sellers, but there are also more buyers as well. People are starting to wear second hand clothing and be totally okay with it. 10 years ago, I got made fun of because I bought jeans second hand, now apparently vintage jeans is the now trend. Go with the flow.
So many mixed thoughts on 30 day return returns....do you find ppl 'borrowing' clothes where they return after several weeks or do you find ppl are so happy they just keep items? Thanks for your great videos.

Poshmark started charging taxes now, has this hurt your sales? I've noticed people have been saying sales have slowed down! They shouldn't have done that!🙅
I second what New York Thriftier said, I use to have an average of 10 sales on Poshmark a week and after April, it went to maybe 1-2 a week. I still share actively but I don't put as much up anymore(5-10 items a week). I focus my listing attention to eBay because I have sales daily on eBay even when I had 60 items. Best of luck!

Eh...I know that it can happen, but honestly I only have like a 1-3% return rate so I'm good with returns when they come in.

Honestly, there is no real way to get permission to use stock photos easily. It is not recommended.

I stopped actively selling on Poshmark for the moment -- it never really made me a lot of money -- items on eBay sell WAY faster for me.

susi q Yep! I keep it low to entice buyers. I usually have to pay between 40 cents and $3 per package in shipping above what the buyer pays.
