great video man... was one of the first things i noticed on these motors. I was so worried i got a dud that i posted about it and was informed this is just how they come.

Yes is is how they come some better then others , this one is brand new I'm working on , it's unacceptable play and backlash in gear , being this engine was modified to produce high amou t of torque if I were to leave it , I would be seeing signs of damage right away

It's good to see people doing good work to these little China folk style engines! Keep hoping they eventually step up in quality but until then either buy from people like yourself or learn how to do the work yourself!

When I did this the 1/8 was to big an left alot of dead space= wobble an there will b alot of space left over, but 3mm u can add more an u take up all that dead space, that's what worked for me, ggz 👽

lots of variables to consider i did mention in video that people were using both 3m and 1/8 depending on wear or manufacturer of basket

Respectfully wouldn't it just be easier just to buy a complete pressed clutch assembly for $20 bucks RTG ?

100 roller balls are about 5.00 so it's 2.50 each clutch and I've seen the pressed one fail alot from not installing properly, I've never had a issue replacing roller balls , and it's same or Less work .

But with that said , if a person wants to install that ... sure why not

How often would one have to service these bearings? I replaced mine using a similar video as a reference about a year ago and there wasn't a metric for servicing them
