Great video and tips! My two favorites are using the die grinder to expand the slot on that screw and how to make the fine threads on the gear puller not fight you. I learn new stuff from each of your vids!
@@Matthew-wj8cm tbh what I find works well to hold the gear for me is two things but most common I use if motor is mostly assembled still is I just hold the bevel gear with a pair of channel lock pliers (larger in size) and I put the bike on it’s side against the ground or a cement wall so I can lean into it with all my weight and just use a big flat head screw driver n just lean on it as hard as I can while I’ll turn it sometimes if they are really stuck I have my wife hold the pliers or I use a set of vice grips if she’s not around so it just swings against the bike or motor n that allows me to keep my hands on the screw drive but most important part is u have to keep the screw driver as perfectly parallel with the screw in the center of the slot there’s anther ways I can chip it out with a bunch but it can b hard on the bearings though

Now would like to see you install your clutch upgrade a gear . Thanks for sharing 👍
Thank you for another informative video

You bet
Definitely good ideas on how to but if most people have all the tools your using they won’t have any trouble getting this stuff off
Man, propane torch, not a tool you have in europe just laying around. I could try it with a cooker but idk. Bevel gear screw doesn't come out
Yeah I always have issues removing these
