Some days I feel like I am right there with you, Chris, matching your weights with form correct in the mirror. Today, as you smiled and chatted through this workout I realized how incredibly fit you are!! Wow! I will keep on working as hard as I can because I have not reached full potential yet!!! As I looked at my clock and it said 7:45, I really wanted to stay in bed just a little longer. I reminded myself how much more energized I feel when I do the workouts with you at 8:00am my time. I put my big girl panties, and sports bra on and went downstairs and got it done! The energy I have had all day doesn’t come close to when I delay the workout. I pressure washed my deck, did laundry, planted and arranged flower pots, over-seeded my lawn, fertilized the lawn and more.
It's the new Alex, going lighter than i want to, to be careful. I'm telling you, NOT challenging myself is way harder than challenging myself!! Thanks for the pistol squats. I definitely need more of them because I couldn't do them (without putting my toe or heel down). Grabbing the back of the bench during reverse crunches makes a big difference. Bird-dog rows on the bench were also awesome. I have 6 of those large insulated TJ bogs. I use them not only for grocery shopping, but for taking hot dishes to potlucks. When I brought one to TJs with a broken zipper, thay gave me a new one for free.

Tough one, Chris. Abs on the bench seemed extra hard today. At my house, we all love the frozen naan - so many uses. My personal favorite at the moment is the uncrystallized ginger.

I really liked this workout. There was so much variety that the time flew! Mondays are tough though! I appreciated the story about the friend who noticed gaining weight first. I have been working out with you for over a year now, but following your 9am program exactly for 2 solid months. I noticed gains at first and now no losses. I know I just need to be patient. I feel stronger and my clothes fit differently...loose in some places and the same in others. I also just ordered the next dumbbell weight size up (15#!). It's so important to pay attention to the other things, not just the number on the scale. Thanks Chris!
Loved this workout! Not easy but worth it! Trader Joe's isn't close but we like the variety of cheeses when we do go.
A friend moved last week and gave me her old weight bench. It was nice to use it today 🎉 thank you Chris! Trader Joe’s is about 45 minutes from me so I never go there.
I love the step ups! Very challenging. I love the chest and pullovers on the bench also. I feel I get a better range of motion.

I love (LOVE) those compound moves with chest and abs. It really targets so many muscles and feels so good. Oh - my absolute favorite TJ item is mushroom risotto. I highly recommend it. There is an asparagus risotto also that is a close second.

I LOVED this workout!! My favorite Trader Joes thing is the Christmas tin full of chocolate covered stuff🤣. I'd call it reindeer crack, but I don't think they can it that🤣.I also love to get the mochi snacks for my son. Thanks for another great workout!!

For my birthday (around 5 weeks ago), I asked for an extra set for risers just for workouts like this one, so I am so happy to put them to good, no GREAT use, because this is a great full body workout! My favorite Trader Joe’s item is the chocolate ice cream bonbons. Just one 60 calorie bonbon does the trick to feel like you’re indulging and satisfying the sweet tooth!

Using my step with extra risers to create a sturdy bench is yet another inexpensive C Dorner tip that has benefitted me greatly. My regular bench isn’t strong enough for step ups and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money trying to find a bench that could handle step ups with weights. I use 6 risers on each side…4 of which I purchased used on eBay. This was an engaging workout as usual. Thank You!

What a great Strong Workout today to start out our week❤ I used my Plyometric Box 📦 for some of the moves and just my mat since I don't have a bench. I didn't cry....I Modified with what I have 😊

This was a challenging but rewarding workout for the start of the week. Thanks Chris for always being with us every step of the way. I was sweating buckets.
THIS was a good workout. Great conversation, great moves and great challenge. This is a keeper. Trader Joe's pastel de natas (custard tarts) are my daughter's favorite. Dutch pancakes (think McGriddles) are my husband's. I like too many things to pick a favorite. Don't underestimate the cauliflower gnocchi or the frozen mango chunks, frozen potato pancakes, etc.
Yum! Now I'm craving all of this😂

HOLY MOLY!!! Exactly what I was literally craving today. Even the risers. I did work outs LONNNNG ago and they would use them and yours was better. I just loved it and can't tell you how much I appreciate you and this work out....(everyone who comments should end it like this) I stayed for the cool down and stretch....Just saying!

Great full body workout! Love to start the week this way ♥ As someone on today's chat said there isn't enough room to list all of my TJ's favorites hahah, but here is a TJ's tip: They sell herbs like basil, mint, italian parsley in small pots for a great price. I use them in the kitchen for a couple weeks then we plant them outside!

(I admit, I was one of those people rushing into class late and setting up my equipment while trying to be inconspicuous. At least I stayed in the back)😉Anyway, great class and so glad I was live. Killer full body burn! I had planned to do a full body that I missed while on vacation, but when I saw this one incorporated a bench, I couldn’t resist. Strength with a bench are always my favorite and I loved doing the one armed row in birddog…. It really helped me be able to get the full range of motion for the row and I surprised myself with my balance! Thanks for another great class Chris! 😻

When you said we were going to work hard today, boy did you mean it! Maybe the most challenging workout I have had with you, but I got through it all! A step stool with a folding chair worked great! I am defo going to reward myself tonight with a mobility stretch!🙆🏼♀

This was my first time ever doing some of those moves - a couple I've never even heard of! If I hadn't been following the program to the letter, I would never have. Very cool workout. I went kind of slow to learn the new stuff so I could practice my form. I'll get a little better each time. 😊

Tough full body! I was able to keep my heaviest weights for most of the w/o but had to go down on last set for a couple of the moves. Fave TJ item so far: pretzel bread pudding! Delish and small serving size so you feel like you're getting a treat but not overdoing it. Seasonal in the fall.

As for TJ's: I love their variety of chicken sausage. When I go to TJ's, I buy at least 10 packs and freeze them! If you haven't tried them, they are a must!!!

I still pretty much aim for half of your weights and didn't even manage that with over-the-head laying down ones. I'm still getting back into upper body but that doesn't feel like much of an excuse. Back to strength only today (11.06.2024). Back to just 5 kg as lost some strength. However the second section, core, was really tough and I couldn’t do the very last bonus, bonus, bonus 🤣😂🤣😂. Thank you Chris
