    So I get up at 5am Monday thru Friday and workout at 6am. I always do the week before for my workout but watch the current week during my lunch break. The girls in my office laugh 😂 but it makes me aware of my food lol don't know why lol but I love listening to all the talking. Like watching a TV series lol so funny and informative

    Great workout!! 😅It was funny to see Kevin’s whole arm!!!😂🤣 I didn’t know he used to do full arm shots…🤣😂I’ve only seen the thumbs up 👍🤣😂

    Hey there, it’s me again. I‘ve got to add something….I did this one today again and I had to use heavier weights, to be exact, I‘d to double them 💪 Can‘t believe it, just following your strength classes about two months and I had to buy new dumbbells , havier ones. I‘d never thought those things could happen to me 😇

    Melissa and I both got in on the action on this class. Fun remembering the conversations we had back then. I did tell Melissa that these classes I always was bitching about how my long legs/levers kill me on those simple moves. Don't even need weight.

    Great full body workout. My 18 yo daughter came home from her jujitsu and boxing classes and watched the ending and said whoa that’s tough. I said yeah this is no joke. Take that as a huge compliment. Thank you Chris! And i love doing the older workouts before i found your channel and hearing the names of people who still continue today. That’s awesome!!❤

    Another fun one Chris! I so look forward to your workouts whether they are new videos or ones from the past. I enjoy the no repeat and the addition of the bands.     Great full body workout, glad that we did one-legged deadlifts to work on balance. I kept thinking about all that has happened in nearly three years since this one premiered -so much, yet doesn’t seem long ago. I’ve definitely added to my at-home fitness gear/equipment, especially heavier weights. Yay me! 😊

    So this is how I'm starting my Wed. morningl..... Hope I won't be sorry when it's time for Lower Body...
    Great workout... Totally pumped and feeling like I've worked all the muscles... Love the no repeats, but many different routines that you fly through and b4 you know it, your on to the cooldown..

    Great full body workout that I'm pretty sure I missed the first time around. It flew by with the no repeats and no body part was left out. Enjoy your well deserved break and thank you for still providing a schedule for us. Even though you have tons of workouts to choose from it helps me to have a routine to follow.

    This was a great full body workout! I decided to try a higher-level Regina band (from Medium to Strong) just to see if I could use it while maintaining form. Success! Of course, that means that I need to continue using the tougher band to challenge myself that much more. Uh oh! 🤣 Kevin did a great job on the timer...little did he know what the future held for him. Ha! Thank you for these wonderful workouts, Christina! 😃

    Deb STILL loves that single leg training! And since 2021, thanks to Chris, I can actually do those one legged deadlifts with weights! I miss that old 60 second timer!
