I can’t believe I just did a full hour workout 🏋️♀️ and didn’t pass out. I will say this is my 4th week doing your workouts and i can tell a difference already. I am working out for 5 days straight and my body is not sore. I feel great! And I’m so glad for what you said in one of your videos earlier this week about not stopping strength exercises because of increase in weight. I was getting a little frustrated due to that but you educating us about that has really improved my outlook. Your mix of cardio and strength is amazing! Grateful for you. God bless!!!

This one was really fun! My arms got a little shaky at one point and felt like they'd had a great workout. Love the step and legs too. The pushups feel like a huge win bc of the number but they aren't awful because they're spread out. This was a perfect workout!❤
Fantastic workout! Thank you so much for offering this class online and free!! You rock Christina!!!! This is the first step and strength class I have done. I've been focusing on steps and lacking strength improvements due to wrist injuries that have affected elbows and shoulders. I was able to wear my wrist straps and make some modifications (incorporated alternate exercises for the pushups). I thoroughly enjoyed the class. I also liked the fact that the class went back and forth between steps and strength. I intend on doing this class again, as well as look for any other step and strength classes that you might offer. I am very grateful to have found your YT channel. 🙂

Love this playlist!!! My 14 yo daughter started doing your beginner/intermediate step and actually enjoys that for exercise. We were having a hard time finding something she enjoyed doing. I know she would love this playlist, but not for an hour. Not sure how many teenagers are stepping with you, but this music speaks to them. ❤

Loved this one! So much fun going back and forth with step and strength. I have a minor upper body injury so adjusted and changed some of the moves to make it work for me. So much sweat! Thankful for a ceiling fan and a shower😂 thanks Chris!❤
