      I loved this one so much. I had to do it again. I was so sweaty that I left a butt mark on my step after the stretch!!!!

    Holy Moly Chris. There were various points during the weights section where I said out loud “oh my god Chris, you’re killing me!!!” Haha!! Also the soundtrack to the workout was like standing outside my daughter’s bedroom as that is literally her playlist! 🤣

    If I’m honest, I used to be upset when strength was added to my beloved step.😊 But now I have to admit, this is my favorite format! This was so much fun & the time flew by! Thanks Chris!!

    THIS KICKED MY A-!!!!!! Loved every minute of the routine that built, speed of segments, music, five step segments, omg this was unreal!!! Ur S and S are the comprehensive piece during my busy week and I’ll always be ur biggest fan!! 45 and 60 min S and S are phenomenal and the best there is!! Ur unique and very talented. Love ya!!❤❤

    I can’t believe I just did a full hour workout 🏋️‍♀️ and didn’t pass out. I will say this is my 4th week doing your workouts and i can tell a difference already. I am working out for 5 days straight and my body is not sore. I feel great! And I’m so glad for what you said in one of your videos earlier this week about not stopping strength exercises because of increase in weight. I was getting a little frustrated due to that but you educating us about that has really improved my outlook. Your mix of cardio and strength is amazing! Grateful for you. God bless!!!

    I cannot believe that this workout was an hour. It FLEW by. I felt challenged by the higher BPM and loved the 5 minute format. You make working out so much fun!

    I missed this one Wednesday but it appeared to be a good one! Did this today instead of the cardio aerobic. WOW. Sweaty, sweaty, great cardio and strength workout! Yes shower will feel great! Thank you!

    Omg Chris this was an awesome workout! I loved the entire format, I worked really hard during weights, and the step part was fun as well. My heart rate was definitely higher during the strength segments. I burned so many calories! Thank you so much!

    I so needed this hr.segment of step and strength because it's been a minute for me since U have done one of these workouts and this one made up for all that lost time.I was sweating like a slave and those push ups was a killer but I could feel myself getting stronger as the workout went along.Great class Chris.Thanks so much!

    This workout had it all! Great music, lower body, upper body, weights, and quick pace with creative choreography that had our hearts pumping and the sweat pouring! "Bernf" and I loved it. ;).     This one was really fun! My arms got a little shaky at one point and felt like they'd had a great workout. Love the step and legs too. The pushups feel like a huge win bc of the number but they aren't awful because they're spread out. This was a perfect workout!❤

    Fantastic workout! Thank you so much for offering this class online and free!! You rock Christina!!!! This is the first step and strength class I have done. I've been focusing on steps and lacking strength improvements due to wrist injuries that have affected elbows and shoulders. I was able to wear my wrist straps and make some modifications (incorporated alternate exercises for the pushups). I thoroughly enjoyed the class. I also liked the fact that the class went back and forth between steps and strength. I intend on doing this class again, as well as look for any other step and strength classes that you might offer. I am very grateful to have found your YT channel. 🙂

    Love this playlist!!! My 14 yo daughter started doing your beginner/intermediate step and actually enjoys that for exercise. We were having a hard time finding something she enjoyed doing. I know she would love this playlist, but not for an hour. Not sure how many teenagers are stepping with you, but this music speaks to them. ❤

    Loved this one! So much fun going back and forth with step and strength. I have a minor upper body injury so adjusted and changed some of the moves to make it work for me. So much sweat! Thankful for a ceiling fan and a shower😂 thanks Chris!❤
