I was excited to lay down for shoulders, and curious what we would be doing in this position. It looked easy, but was SO HARD! LOL I probably never used this muscle before! Enjoyed this workout

had done a lot of outside cardio today and not much time to do anything else. needed some more upper body this week and pretty much talked myself out it until I saw this one. perfect when low on time and high on the I did some strenght today feeling. :) 🙂 💪
I still do this 2-3 times a week - a fabulous (quick and sneaky) way to polish those muscles using heavier weights than you would in a longer workout. Once your arms start to scream and say WTF... it's over. "Smiles"
