I was 2018 in LA, crossed Skid Row with Local bus and by foot, to reach greyhound bus terminal and was shocked, affraid : sometimes a strong stell came in the local bus. It' s a shame for the United states that they can't help them. 5 years later: the situation is much worse, saw in your video. It's a shame for such a rich country: saw many other sad districs : in San Francisco - Oakland - Waikiki Hawaii with homeless....hope germany will not be the same, but it starts here too - you can see tents in hidden areas in Hamburg and sleeping people in subway Stations since "corona health crises".

Its so very bad everywhere. Shelter must be put in place. Even if its a large series of large covered spaces fitted with toilet and showers and heat/cool spaces against the extreme weather. That is my most emediatw suggestion.❤
