We can do it here in L.A. Beverly Hills & Culver City are separate from L.A.'s laws and they clean out the homeless all the time. Los Angeles is where we have all these fake "Homeless Activists and Non Profits " profiting for the Homeless and they dont want to lose a pay check, The more Homeless the more money they grift.
