    Wow these look amazing. I haven’t got a skillet but thought I might be able to do this in a small rectangle oven pan.

      Hmmm you’d have to experiment based on the brand, I’d try 350F for 10 mins and go from there

    If you only have whey and casein separately what ratio would you use to achieve the same results as the pescience protein

    • @FitFoodAE
      @FitFoodAE  3 місяці тому

      I believe it’s 80% casein 20% whey? I would just buy the protein!! They ship worldwide. Here’s some info: pescience.com/products/select-protein?variant=39884062818379

      @@its_blob you can replace it with more all purpose flour. It won’t taste as sweet though

    • @FitFoodAE
      @FitFoodAE  3 місяці тому +1

      These recipes actually use PEScience which is a whey/casein blend! But you can replace with vegan protein and it should still work, I’ve done it before

    What can I substitute the protein powder for?

    • @beSpokenSpeak
      @beSpokenSpeak 3 місяці тому +1

      I've tried all 3 variations without protein powder and it worked well with cottage cheese (35-40g would be ok) and egg yolks (~20-25g). You can also try dry milk as a substitution, I think it would taste nice too

    • @micah1754
      @micah1754 3 місяці тому

      @@beSpokenSpeakdry milk/ milk powder is a great idea. If you subbed for cottage cheese I’m guessing you may need to reduce the almond milk so it’s not too liquid ?

    • @beSpokenSpeak
      @beSpokenSpeak 3 місяці тому

      no, you don't need to reduce the amount of milk, because as lower fat version of cottage cheese you'll choose the less amount of liquid it'll give. When I tested this substitution I didn`t change the amount of milk at all, but it's up to you to experiment 🤗 @@micah1754
