If u don't get a notification on ur phone, simply go to settings(it might be android system settings but it varies with different types of phones) and change it from charging to data transfer mode for it to work... But nonetheless awesome video, thank you!

File transfer cannot be downloaded. I'm not the only one having this issue. There are over 260 c0mments on the Android site giving this feedback. Not sure where to from here. Any suggestions?

I do everything in this video and the file window pops up like in the video but straight after I get a pop up message on screen: "Can't access device storage - Make sure your device is unlocked and 'File transfer' or 'MTP' mode is selected" (both of which have been done)...... When you click ok... Both windows close and then the same thing happens again.... And again.......

Never mind i got it... u need to go to ur phone's settings and change the mode from charging to data transfer mode.
