How did you find it? I went to multiple YT sites and the Android site takes me to a menu screen with no link to download the app.

I haven't been able to get Android File Transfer to work for months. I'm now on Ventura (but this happened even before I upgraded), and have a Samsung A53. I've done the debugging then in Developer options... literally everything I can think to do (changed cables, restarted devices, etc.), but that pop-up saying it couldn't connect is all I get. 😢
I have the same problem with my Power 5 but not with my old Oneplus One!
Hey do you have smart switch on your laptop? If you do Android File Transfer won't work. Smart Switch needs to be uninstalled in order for AFT to work.

Looks like android file transfer download is no longer available ): after the search on android page it doesn’t show download. Clicked on all search results. Any other official page that I could download from. Thanks

Im only getting a "Reconnect or restart device" each time. Ive tried 3 different cords and the USB setting is set to File Transfer 😞

I've just bought an M2 Mac Book Pro and was almost sick at the thought I couldnt transfer video footage from my s23 Ultra to it 😮😮🤮 but THIS helps alot...I've never used anything by Apple before so I am pleased and relieved that it is possible 👍👍🙌 NOOB QUESTION once I transfer my android video recordings across to my M2 Macbook are the transferred video files in the right format etc to use in Final Cut Pro ??? 🙏 best regards.
The format will not change when you transfer. Whatever format it was before the transfer will remain.
@CSATechlink what are my options ? Get a different camera (I have a go pro 11 if that'll work )? ... or is there a different app I can use on the mac to edit android recorded video ? .. sorry for the lack of understanding 🙏 ..

Thank you. I can get my photos up OK but seem to have to drag and drop one by one. I can't highlight and do more than one at a time, and, as I have 2000 photos, this will take a long time! Do you know how I can move more than one at a time?
select the top one, scroll all the way to the bottom, hold command and select the bottom one. Voila, all selected and good to go.

I have been wasting so much time calling Samsung for help, repeatedly, with no luck. I have over 12 GB of Audio in my phone that does NOT show up in my macbook pro through the Android File Transfer. I really need to move that to a folder in my Macbook pro so I can go back to my phone and delete the Audio file there. Please HELP.
