I had to come back and thank you for this video! This is the EASIEST, smoothest method for transferring large videos from my android to macbook....Great Work!!
I've been crying about this the last 2 days until I found your video. Reading a bunch of threads trying to help me figure out my issue. I have a pixel6pro and ever since they stopped supporting the "android file transfer" I've been struggling - like copying it to my PC, then my SSD hard drive then opening it on my mac to find that the file is not openable. Plugging it directly to my phone is brilliant and I can skip my hand-me-down PC - thank god. Thank you!
Also check out an app called Blip ( which is like air drop for android to Mac) check out my 10 must have Mac app video, it's the first app I talk about.
@@SamCambetis Thanx for the suggestion, Sam. Tried Blip & worked like a charm. Only downside- requires internet for both receiving and sending devices.😮💨
Brilliant! No more Macdroids or jerky Android File Transfer apps that fail 99% of the time, always have some problem. "Please try again later" No, i will not try again later! No more restart, no update. I will use the same cable 😃 I plug the external ssd straight to my Pixel phone and boom! Files are copied 🤩 Cheers Sam. Have an excellent day 🎉

I love the content you make about the new MacBook! Keep em coming!
I was about to switch from an Android phone to iPhone, because of the file transfer issue. Now changed my decision. Thank you!
No worries! I have also found a really good app that you install on your android and a copy on your Mac, it's just just like airdrop. blip.net/
