@@acardinalconsideration824 sorry for bombing you with this, but I had Braces as a child for 3 years and ended up with a posterior cross bite and a permanent retainer that reassessed my jaw. four years later i go back to fix the cross bite with clear alligner but they sawed space between my teeth and borough back my front teeth giving me an even more reassessed jaw and they didn't manage to fix the cross bite. my face has grown asymmetrically because of the cross bite and my jaw is reassessed, what should i do

how can I fix my lower molars that has been getting caved in and going sideways now it's insane, I'm getting mse soon but is there any way I can fix the lower palate?
ron, i have a deep bite and overjet. should i get an mse before i fix my malocclusion or i have to fix it first.
Mse first
I would say that it heavily depends on how asymmetrical your skeletal structure has developed. Mine developed in a very asymmetrical way due to a crookedly camouflaged underbite+lateral open bite on left side. Right now if I were to get MSE it would be virtually guaranteed to exacerbate my skeletal asymmetry to a degree that is far less subtle than it currently is. As Ron has said, the MSE is more of a blunt instrument in this respect. But if your asymmetry is minimal I’d say go for it.
@@acardinalconsideration824 my assymetry is serious i think. because i chewed only with my left side almost 4 years, and right now my left side teeth is aligned higher than the right side. so i think aligners would be better option before mse or i dont know. and thank you for your advices.

Yeah, the guy was and is very good looking. The way you’re treated as a child carries over heavily into how you perceive the perception of others into the teenage years & adulthood. Insecurities that stem from childhood can be incredibly stubborn to completely resolve
