DAME (Distraction Assisted Mandibular Expansion) = mandibular distraction similar to MSDO
MANE (Micro-implant Assisted Nasomaxillary Expansion) = maxillary distraction similar to MSE
DONE (Distraction Osteogenesis Nasomaxillary Expansion) = MSE-like expander that also does dentoalveolar advancement
ApnoMed - Dr. Yousefian’s company (which develops his proprietary appliances)
ApnoTX - sleep apnea appliance designed for use during skeletal expansion

To discussion around 2 hours: you don't want to be loading your tendons ligaments 24/7. When you have ideal structure you instinctively do. But since our structure is messed up we need to adjust our posture at times. We should spend a lot more time in our instinctive relaxed "slouched" position like Karan advocated for.

Would you be able to do MSE +MSDO and then double jaw surgery or is that way too unstable and could have way too high of a risk of relapsing because of all the new bone
