I was offered a full ride to college (without s nursing program) but i want to choose a 4 year nursing school that is not free just so that i can have a high paying job to pay for jaw surgery... im trying to choose a degree that will will enable me to pay for DJS...
Hey Ron, am I being OCD about Invisalign, I just got them and my orthodontist/ myofunctional therapist says I’ll have them for a year or so. My back teeth are tilted inward and he wants to make room for my tongue. Airway and nasal cavity is fine so MSE isn’t for me

I think it's called nasal wall lateralization? However, expansion is probably a much better option as it can enlarge the whole nasal airway from anterior to posterior.
Happiness is to live life like how our ancestors used to live for millions of years . Proper facial structure (specially for breathing) proper food (real food instead of junk processed foods , simple carbs and sugary foods of modern world) living outdoor in the nature having a small social circle having kids working everyday until end of life (it has to be physical ). being healthy and strong .
I disagree that sleep apnea can’t be cured. Many people have cured there sleep apnea. Everyone has some kinda of sleep apnea also. Most people have like an ahi of 2 but that doesn’t mean they aren’t cured
Vastily Stepanov, I never saw a guy with a better face than him. He still jumped out of the appartement. Thanks god he survived. My dad had big jaws and kids, still did suicide. A great face is amazing and can give you a lot. But being happy is something you can’t buy. You can buy surgery but it can help you but not think that that is the only thing that is going to make you happy. And please save your money to do good surgery or good ortho. Better to do nothing than giving money to someone that will ruin you.
It does fix palate assymetry and will relax the muscles of your body, improve nasal breathing a bit but mse etc will expand more of a bone level and expand more cheek but could be assymetric

We need not to forget that john mew had one of the worst facial structure and still lived a healthy life and he is still alive and kicking. Don't let the fact that your face isn't built like a neandethal take away your joy , and psychology and confidence in the ability to enjoy life. Sure we gotta fix the airway , asthetics etc are all very important , but just don't let the nocebo effect make it look like worse than what it is.

I'm not sure I have enough information to say. It's just invisalign to give you a bit of toothborne expansion and maybe fix a bad bite?
