  • What I Eat in a Day / full day of eating video following WW but also tracking macros. Remember, this is just one day. We are all different and have different needs and likes.
    Weight Watchers Points, calories, and protein included. I get 23 points per day and 28 weeklies on Weight Watchers. I shoot for around 130 grams of protein per day, but my range is 100 to 140, and I shoot for around 1,500ish calories since that is my BMR. But please read the disclaimer below!!
    Thanks so much for watching! I hope you enjoy this video. :)

    Blooper made me choke on my drink! 😂 so unexpected! Your granddaughter is soo adorable! My nephew absolutely loves overnight oats with microwaved apple cut small into it and a little cinnamon. Also I like that caramel in the fridge but wish the squirt spout allowed for smaller lines, lol it always squirts out in big shots haha! It’s also good at the bottom of my iced coffee.

      Haha!! Sorry to make you choke! Lol Thanks so much! 😊 Yes, that spout irritates me! And thanks for the idea in coffee!! Yum!!

    I started watching you a few days ago. I love it. Can you share how much you average losing each week. I do point and calories in my Fitbit. I am 23 points and for last few weeks I have not used weekly’s. I have an Aruba trip the end of May and nothing fits. My plan after trip is to eat my weekly’s. I’m afraid I won’t lose. Please give up date on weight loss.

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  2 місяці тому

      Hi there, and welcome!! I'm currently averaging about 1/2 pound per week, which is what I have my goal set at. I'm trying to purposely lose slow since I'm doing strength training and trying to focus on health and body composition changes rather than weight loss on the scale. With strength training, I may gain 1/2 a pound of muscle but lose 1 pound of fat, but weight wise, that's only going to show the 1/2 pound difference because the scale doesn't know any different. Going on trips is very hard for me to track. So, I just do the best I can to choose things higher in protein and fiber, and lots of fruits and veggies. And of course LOTS of water when I'm on vacation to account for the higher sodium things. Hope that's helpful! :)

    Do the chia seeds blend up?

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  2 місяці тому +1

      Thanks so much!! 😊 And yes, they do blend up, for the most part. I think maybe not completely, but it's hard to tell the difference between that and unleaded seeds of the fruit.

    I just found your channel and it has so much information. I’m on WW but the plan isn’t colors. I’m doing the one for pre diabetes and have 28 points. Which of the plans would correspond with your meal plans?

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  2 місяці тому

      Hello and welcome! So glad you found me! :) My videos correspond to whatever plan WW was doing at the time I filmed it. So, all my newer videos are all the current point program. The color program is the old one. Keep in mind that I'm not on the diabetic program, so for me nonfat cottage cheese, nonfat greek yogurt, and fruit are zero points. So, always just use the points given as a guide. Thanks so much!! 😊

    What is the creamachinno machine?

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  2 місяці тому

      It's a machine that makes ice cream, milkshakes, etc. It's used with a lot of weight loss people because you can use protein and make a high-protein healthier ice cream. I have it linked in the description box but if you Google creami recipes, you'll find a bunch. Chef Allies Kitchen on IG or her website does a lot of low-point/calorie ones.

    I’m not understanding why all the people I’ve seen on utube video all have 23 points even though they are all different heights n weights. Are there any people on WW that have different points?

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  2 місяці тому +2

      Yes, some are different. I know someone who gets 28 but shes taller and younger (and I believe they come down as you lose weight). I believe 23 may be the lowest. I am not even 5 foot tall and I'm over 50, so mine are low because of that. I'm curious of others have different weeklies now that you mention that.

    • @mycupoverflows7811
      @mycupoverflows7811 2 місяці тому +1

      I'm 46 and 5'6" and just started. Mine are 23 daily and 28 weekly. Pretty sure that's the lowest they go, and my metabolism has definitely slowed down since even 5 years ago.

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  2 місяці тому +2

      That's so interesting! Yes, I believe that has to be the lowest they go. Metabolism and hormones changes all play into each of us individually too. I think WW is more of a program to teach about the healthier options and make things work individually. I think that's where there's wiggle room in some who eat the weeklies, some who don't, and same with exercise points. Very interesting!!
