    ***If you are only here for the freezer meal portion and want to skip breakfast and lunch prep, feel free to jump to about the 34:00 minute mark! :)
    ***PLEASE NOTE this video was made when WW was using the Freestyle program. Recipes on planningushealthy.com have since been updated to the new MyWW plan points, which are given for blue, purple, and green.
    // BREAKFAST BOWLS
    planningushealthy.com/sausage...
    **These are normally 4 FSP per serving but I had the wrong chicken sausage so the ones I made were actually 6 FSP.
    // CHICKEN & TURKEY KIELBASA GUMBO - 4 FSP - (WE LOVED IT!!)
    planningushealthy.com/chicken...
    // BASIL-PARMESAN SALMON - 2 FSP

    // CROCKPOT BEEF HASH FREEZER MEAL - 6 FSP

    (This would be 7 FSP if you used ground turkey and 4 FSP if you used ground turkey breast)
    // SLOW COOKER DIJON PORK CHOPS WITH POTATOES
    (Recipe adapted from www.stockpilingmoms.com/slow-...
    My Version:
    (2) 5-oz. pork chops
    10 oz potato
    1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    8 oz carrots
    Combine all ingredients except chicken broth into a freezer-safe bag. Mix well. Freeze. When ready to cook, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place into a slow cooker and add 1/2 cup chicken broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
    // CHICKEN FAJITAS - 0 FSP (Points will come in what I top them with when I eat them)

    Hello MS K. I haven't been able to watch as much as I used to. One or two vids here n there. Trying to catch up on everything. And worrying about a lot of things just got to me. Anyway I am so sorry for your losses. Its hard I know. But time, unfortunately, never stands still so we can heal. But too, time will heal your family. And you know, we, your virtual family and friends are always here for you. Bless you and yours. And may the Lord ease your pain and comfort you.

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  4 роки тому

      Hi Jean!! You actually don't even need the cheese. We make them many times without cheese. With breakfast bowls, you can pretty much add whatever you want to them. Use any kind of meat - bacon, sausage, etc., then eggs, and you can use shredded potatoes, canned potatoes, veggies, anything :)

    • @PlanningUsHealthy

      Yes, I mostly use them for a quick prep. On the weekends I tend to make breakfast potatoes out of real potatoes. The canned ones are 2 points for 2/3 cup, so pretty comparable to regular potatoes.
