Man it looks like they just crawled out of the gutter. This was metal with a groove you could slam to
Pretty sure that Kyuss played this festival too this year. Woulda been killer to see this.
I like how Rob likes to pretend he was the entire reason that White Zombie was any good, when you can clearly see him being the weakest link in the chain during live performances like this. It's no wonder he ended up going solo with that kind of ego.
Well, given that he was the artistic visionary of the band, I can see why he would think that.
Totally agree!!! Rob is the weakest musician, great visionary though. Should have stayed with this line up.
In another reality the band still continues with full force.
..
I Am the resurrection and the life
I Am the resurrection and the life
I Am the resurrection and the life
I don't know either (Band/solo) well enough to argue here, but I've seen Rob solo on a co-headlining tour with Marilyn Manson and he and his solo band kicked Manson's ass, so I personally give him the benefit of the doubt...
He does look like a mix between Eric Sardinas and Vinnie Paul from Pantera here, though...
I saw them in Reading 95...Back then (still is) La Sexorcisto was my daily soundtrack, ok I was 20 years old but I already realized Rob SUCKED at live perfomances, all my mates told me I was just complaining just because, Im glad 20+years later I can see I wasnt wrong!
Man, its atrocious what Rob's vocals sound like. I think he had it in him to do better. He just never tried very hard.
Sean and D’arcy 2 of the hottie bassists of the 90s. Rayna Foss was pretty cool too
No matter how much I love Sleeping Corpses and It Came From New York box sets, there are still many live performances unreleased songs and demos lurking on UA-cam that they should put out a rarity box set with a few CDs and DVDs. I'd love see this performance remastered and also many songs (Platinum Bomb, Star Slammer, Godslayer, Say You Love Satan etc...)
leave rob alone man "it was hot" Haha and Sean is a beauty. that is 1 cool chick. love to meet someone like her. 👍✌
This is like their fourth straight year of touring, Rob doesn't even care at this point. They never stopped playing shows.
RZ does a great Al Jourgensen imitation.
I love how Sean comesband counts John in.
Another band where the drummer is the real hero (and I'm not a drummer). SOAD has a hero drummer but with Serj and Darren it could be hard to carve your spot out. But love white zombie. They opened up my musical tastes at a very young age.
I have been to many shows and even White Zombie. Maybe it is the venue but it seems the sound quality is about as clear as trying to play a metal solo on your guitar to a friend over your phone.
J. always looks so happy when he plays live.
Such energy. It so envigorating.
Sickman you got that shizz right, his live performance lacks big time and not only jut this show I've seen it other times too. The band is killer tho...especially Sean :)
I worked along side with WHITE ZOMBIE many years ago in Ithaca, NY @ Captain Joe's Reef...it was cool talking to Rob. Great band...
This sounds amazing 🤘
BEST GUITAR BASS DRUM SOUNDS SETUP IN THE 90’S!!!
I've seen both white zombie and Rob solo. It's the same show every time. Band sounds great but Rob always sucking air.
Ive seen Zombie so many times....he always had this same energy....unreal...
the energy was amazing, so tight a band!!!! ☠💀
That mosh pit must have been INSANE! I am so jealous!
Rob was so much fun to watch but lost his breath after awhile. Saw him live since and it sounded much better, like he got bigger lungs. Dude works hard. The whole band kicked so much ass. Horns up for Sean's wicked bass playing.
90s were so good man. I truly miss it with a passion.
Jay Yuenger wrote some tasty licks. Not the most technical guitar player but damn if he wasn't a good rhythm player. I wish we could of gotten a 3rd Zombie album with him.
He recently said in an interview on UA-cam that he was playing at the “edge of my abilities” until the end of the la sexorcisto tour. But you can’t tall. Sick licks is right
white zombie was is always crispy zombie and all the cool movies thank you tod infinity
Shame they didn’t stay together, great fun metal. From what I understand, they broke cause of control. Jay and Shawn wanted to give the drummer 25% equally. Rob was annoyed cause he felt the drummer didn’t suffer in the start of White Zombie. WZ ended in a 4 way phone call. Saw it in interview with Rob saying this. They are still in my top metal bands of all time.
If true, then why would John follow rob into his solo career?
He liked to eat and pay rent?
@@kingslandmusicproductionsi6565 True, but that would be a little odd with Rob saying John doesn't deserve the same money as the rest of us so I'm leaving band... But John, join me in my new band!
The world needs this right now
