Narcissist are game players. They don't have the ability to be human with respect to feelings for others . So if you are not there for them to drain you of your energy they will be at your beacon call. They cant be rejected and they cant be loved. So you have to be as neutral and try not to let anything get under your skin because your negative emotional reaction shows they still have that control over you. Don't let them. You know that you don't want to go there because you are a genuine person but that is rare these days. So make sure that you set yourself up for your own stability and kids. So if he does something he knows that you are in a position to walk away without needing him. Therefore it is a threat. Stay strong with boundaries. Took me since 2016 to get out of depression and self hate from verbally being told I am nothing. He loves me but he is not normal. Narcissist can not understand what they do because it's a control, own, manipulate, and destroy. Then hoover and love bomb. The cycle doesn't end until you stop it. Having a backbone is sexy as hell. Don't let anyone dull your sparkle because mine landed me within a opioid addiction after a surgery and death of family member he was not very supportive about. So I hated myself and I didn't want to even wake up in morning. I went to jail for a yr from that crap. Never again will I allow anyone to make me feel so badly about myself that I would put my self in situations where he got the best of me. Life coaching works and people who have experienced the same things. Support one another because it's a cold cruel world but at the end of the day we are spiritual beings who want to be loved.

I left the hubby after he lost the job and decided not to get back on his own tow feet. He took me and kids into a one bedroom apartment and thought I was gonna be ok with it. I said no and divorced. I will always be a lady and never let any man treat me otherwise no matter the situation. I have been struggling trying to recreate myself and when I’m done I’m probably marry again but a much better stronger man! 🤩 Never give up on yourselves ladies better alone than with a dusty. I personally know multiple men that after loosing their job, they intentionally stayed over ten years jobless and their kids, wife or parents had to carry the burden. Ex getting on my last nerve. 15 years my senior and stingy as the day is long. At first he made promises and he didn't get me that brand new Benz he promised (his idea, not my idea and he offered it to me), didn't give me the $50k cash, didn't give me the house.
