      Yes! But how often are you outside naked? (I do it when I can 🤭) To get the benefits consistency is key. Most people don’t live in a climate that allows for this.

    I have a large panel and I have 2 of the small handheld panels when they were still separate one for near and 1 for far infrared, And I have their Torch. My question is the Torch for use. Do you need to be moving it back-and-forth slowly? Or can you hold it stationary for targeted use and as an aside again? I also use it on both of my dog and my cat with great benefits. For GI issues. And joint and muscle Pain. How close do you think those panels can be to the skin for benefit as opposed to how far before?

    Its not just ATP. It also increases melation inside the cells. This is different then the free form in the blood which in general doesn't enter cells. MedCram has done a bunch of videos on this.Lots of great benefits

    Some are saying these lights have a negative effect on subcutaneous fat...in other words...causing it to break down. Not ideal for us older ladies who already have less facial fat and collagen loss because of hormonal changes (loss of them in menopause) I'm avoiding red light on my face, but everywhere else is good!❤

      I think it's had a profound affect on my face for the better and I'm post menopausal! I use it every other day and have for over 2 years.

      I used my omnilux red light for 20 min instead of 10 and did notice being less puffy and tightened skin feeling, I felt like I had been running outside.
