Man, I just turned 31. I had a baby 10 months ago. I carry him a lot. I wake up in pain every day. I can’t walk for long periods of time. This is not what I want for myself at this stage in life. Everybody please take care of yourselves and don’t take your body for granted. You could wake up and not be the same as yesterday 🥺
oh no feeling your pain girl. Know that you are not alone! Although I don't have children I am in your age and currently waiting for operation but have a such passion for running , it is so hard sometimes. Wishing you best health
@@aggies_fit I’m hoping you didn’t get surgery, all issues can be fixed with perseverance and knowledge on injuries. Surgeries should be avoided if you can. Hope you don’t take this the wrong way
@@pizzatime9797 my surgeon told me my flexibility is so good due to fitness 😍 so my surgery is prolonged for another yeah for now ☺️☺️🙏
@@aggies_fit Sounds like you don’t need to go under the knife, I’d advise against it if can Agni. I’ve had mates who’ve had surgery and get re-injured so easy. It’ll never be the same
Me too! I suddenly have this hip pain after having my baby.
i turned 21 and about a week later i had a herniation corrected in the L4 and L5. i’ve not been able to walk again normally, and now it causes me extreme pain in my hips. Watching this video i’m realizing i have arthritis in my hips. i’m 25 now.
Great advice. I am having some hip pain. I had a ruputed disk in my lower back some years ago. It's nice to know it could be related.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. It was very helpful, now I can better explain my pain when I see my doctor. Keep up the good work!
A big Thank You is appropriate. This helped a lot. Thanks for all you do.
You guys are a wealth of helpful information! Great stuff!
Bob and Brad are the best in my opinion
Thanks to you both. This was very instructional. I fractured my 3rd Lumbar Vertebra in 2014 and have a lot of referred pain on my right hip. On top of that the right hip isn't in the fullness of youth anyway so that's a bit of a double whammy. I have a lot of trouble straightening up after sitting down for than 10 minutes and I tend to hobble until the whole shebang re-aligns itself, so to speak.
Great video guys your attitude on it goes a long way !!!
Interesting, thank you for talking about different potential issues, including the possibility of referral pain.
I know I have one out of the Three but don't know which one yet till i visit the Doc. I'm a Runner and it's getting More Aggravated by the Day. You guys are Awesome.
I found your video from search and I'm now subscribed. I've been having pain in both hips for about a week now and cannot get into the doctor until 12/19. I will watch all your vids on hips, so far, this has been helpful and im now thinking this may all be stemming from my back....tysm!
1. Arthritis hip pain diagnoses:
1:46-2:03: Pain on outer side of thigh
2:07-2:24: Use a cane on the opposite side
2:28-3:22: Lack of motion while in a chair
2. Bursitis:
3:32-4:17: Irritation while walking
3. Not a hip problem but a lower back problem:
5:00-5:50: Ground back arch
Thank you!

Thank you!
If there is no injury, most of the hip pain comes from emotions: study dr. Gert Ryke Hamer _ German medicine or see what yoga specialists are telling about the emotions in the hip!!!
Thank you
When I get up in the morning I have unpleasant pain in my right hip joint. But when I walk around and move, the pain goes away. I no longer have any pain during the day, only in the morning. What does that mean?
Very informative guys....thanks a lot. Gained much valuable info from this one
Thanks, Bob and Brad. Good job in short time. I'm 70 yrs old and a lifelong runner, former world-class. I've been training to break the 5K world record for my age. I'm smart and don't overdo it. Everything was going just fine, and I was running/training from 3 miles to 6 miles, sometimes more, three days on and one day off. Then, I got out of bed one morning a month ago and had pain above my hip, sore to the touch. It just came out of nowhere. I've had x-rays and an MRI, but everything appears ok. The docs think it may be bursitis. My running was going fine - no pain anywhere, no pulls, etc. It's getting me down.
Perhaps you were overdoing it? Work out one day -next day rest muscles - let them heal. Next day work out, and so on.
❤Love
Thank you for this video. It helped me a lot.
Thanks guys!
You guys are great! Thanks so much for the information 👍
Thanks for the effort
Great stuff gents, making me see thing abit clearer for my wife hip pain, she has hip pain for three months and has been taking pain killer ever since and the doctor said all blood test and X-ray came back normal and only suggested to see physiotherapist regularly. I think her hip pain may related to back rather than hip. Thank you for a great video 👍
Thank You Bob & Brad for everything you do! It’s official I need hip surgery 😀
Very helpful. Thanks.
Thanks gentlemen!
Awesome video helped me so much . . .
Thanks guys for a good explanation of hip pain- I think mine is from bursitis- hurts when getting up from sitting, and after a drive in the car...much pain when putting weight on that leg and stiffness and it gets slightly better with movement. Does bursitis ever get better?
Thanks so much the video really did help!
Thank you for this video! I now know what Bursitis and am pretty confident that ANOTHER trip to ANOTHER doctor is probably not necessary! Thank you
Great vid!!!! Thanks
This video and explanation helped me clarify some questions I had, one of them being the exact location of the hip! so thank you!!
Hay a what are you if you are nice then every single day
Thank you for your video it was so helpful
Thank you!

Me too❤
I have a left hip (back?) thing that has been going on over a month, but slowly getting better. Thanks for the cane trick. I'm doing it the right way now.

Bob an Brad ,love you guys👍so helpful for people with pain😫 I have arthritis 🥵 Hip pain, and it feels like it's the ball joint or back, who knows where my pain is coming from I'm 58 an trying to hang in til I can Retire .
Very much thank you
Many Thanks for this amazing information ! If MRI results say - peritrochanteric edema , is that edema fluid same as bursa that you spoke about in this video ?
thanks for the video you guys are great ! l sure got a lot of information. now I know a little better to explain to the doctor. 😀
Thank you Doctors for your information… lack of motion… after driving for long time, Feels tension in the heap and after walking it goes away
You guys are the first video that specifically focused on where the pain is. Others were too vague. Thanks for that. My pain is from either using a walking boot ( (Achilles rupture) or PT too intense at this time
Thank you for your feedback and for watching! Take Care
Bob n Brad are very good👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank that real helps 👌👍🏻 great information
thank you
Guys, checked out your vid two weeks ago. Hip been sore for 5 years, been told everything from, muscles, laziness, back issues to bursitis. Discovered on friday was a life threatening blood clot in pelvis - surgery tomorrow. Lucky I didn’t keep googling and went to hospital.
Thanks, Bob and Brad I am handicapped my hip paint I feel better now
Hello, we have seen one other reason for hip pain, my mother had excruciating hip pain, orthopedic surgeon found no fracture etc,But she had MRSA and they think it went into hip, after 8weeks on antibiotic drip, she is now beginning to walk with an aid. hopefully I'll be able to apply some of your light exercises shortly.
Wish I could see you guys but I am in the UK and it's lockdown here due to the virus..... but I think the pain in my hip comes from my back after watching your video - so thanks guys!
You guys are SO FAMOUS! Good video!
This is a great video! Nice job and I'm off to get some ice packs for my bursitis.
Im a 30 year RN, 59 years old, recent onset of hip pain. Noticed most when I have to walk up steps that are a higher rise than normal steps, lifting my weight on that leg/hip. I think you helped me decide its bursitis, will treat with ice, thanks so much!
Walking up steps also causes hip pain for me. I have treated with a heating pad and ice which only temporarily lessens the pain so I don't waste my time in doing either one of these, I just live with it.
Thanks for the video. Can you invest in some mini microphones. The ones that clip on your shirt are simple
Only 1 minute of a youtube video, and I learned the pain isn’t from my hip. Thank you!!
Thanks for the video
You bet
I have pain in my gluteous Maximus bilaterally. Have gone to 3 physical therapists and two chiropractors with no relief. I've had sciatica in the past and this is totally different.
I'm 23 and have sciatic nerve damage so this helps alot. I work 7 days a week ride fourwheelers daily etc. thank you for this video

I’ve been getting tingling in my right hip. Even while laying down. It also hurts sometimes laying on it. I’ve also had lower back pain.
Excellent. Thanks
When I take First step while getting up from sitting position it hurts in groins. After talking few steps it Ok please advise exercise. Thanks
I've been having hip pain and it sounds just like the bursitis u gents mentioned. Thank you for helping me narrow it down.
On my left side, it hurts so bad when I touch that I guess it’s bursitis which I have in my arms too
Do you have a video for hip pain for hypermobile folks? Thank you! Truly enjoying all your videos!
Thanks Bob and Brad. I'm having pain in my hip and lower back. And now I can't feel both side of my hip bone. It feels numb and my knees keep giving way when my collapse then get bk up then collapse again. This has in the middle of the road when cars are heading my way.
Nice video. I cant sit cross legged with my left leg (Starts paining), supposedly there is a discomfort on the groin, no pain otherwise. What could be the diagnosis. I am on heavier side weighing 85 kg 160 cm aged 39 F and from India. Using two wheeler for last five years only. Could it be the reason or something else.
❤ you guys.
Hi guys great video! I have pain on my left hip when I stand on one leg using my left or basically when I put weight on my left leg. I also have pain on my left hip when I walk. It’s mild pain. Can this be si joint pain or a small fracture? Please I need help. I’m from the Philippines and my parents can’t afford to get me a physical therapist here in the us. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.
U guys r awesome

Any advice for scoliosis related hip and knee pain?
Hi guys....I was excited to hear the Dr. on the right, at the beginning show a swipe down the groin area (which is where mine is) and he said that that 'was something else' but I had never heard what it was. I really need to know please! Before this debilitating pain happened....my hip CLICKED when I stepped on it for months, but that stopped for a couple of months then WHAM!!!!.........one day.
46 years old and u diagnosed this.. damn it. Just started 2 weeks ago, excruciating pain at times
It radiates!
I have had a herniated disc in my back for a very long time. I recently lost 40 pounds rapidly via the Keto diet and I was very active with my kids providing camp support for 5 intense days (walking and lifting heavy bikes while camping in a tent). Hip started to bug me and upon coming home, now it aches bad with #2 that they mentioned. Not sure if my rapid weight loss played a role in shifting my physiology as I had a very tight left psoas muscle for a very long time but got better as I lost weight.
I am a high school athleteI have been experiencing extreme tenderness and tightness inside of my hip/ pelvis limiting my walking and range of motion. This is the second time I have experienced this type of pain . The first time was a year-and-a-half ago and i did months of physical therapy and rest only to recover. After healing and having a successful season the same type of pain returend a year latter. I believe that it is my iliacus muscle but I have not found any advice vidios on how to heal my pain. Do you all have any advice.
Thank you ❤🇿🇦
Yes righ I have back pain long time but i have never seen Hips Pain like this last 1 year, so i would like to know what to change my back pain???? From uk London
I have bilateral hip pain, equal intensity, only when I'm moving the joints. I walk 3-5 miles a day with my dog, and it's quite bothersome. It has just started hurting over the last week. Do you think the pain source is my back?(I just watched this video) I frequently have lower "back" pain, though since watching some other videos, wondering if it's SI pain.
I need to see you guys. I have bursitis on both sides. 2009 had left and right labrum tear repaired. after the labrum repair I felt great but had a boating accident which hurt my back in 2012. still after years of the back injury I'm starting to get pain all over the hip the same pain felt when I had the labrum tear. had si joint fusion as well in 2015 and back and hip pain still killing me. only thing we know is the bursitis which is getting injections every 3 months. do they just do full lower body replacements lol
How to cure hip arthiritis ? And my leg with both hips pain alot i just want your advise what can i do to fix it
did the cigarette stomp out test, definitely my hip
I have a shooting pain while doing any of crossing my leg(a regular badminton player and I had been struggling with lunges and any figure 4 stretches and now its aggravated to the extent that crossing my leg while sitting has gotten a little painful). Do you have any recommendations that I can follow?
I'm waiting!! Just say what it is..then watch hr video.
Where could I find you ! I need ur help very much
I got a cortisone shot in my hip for bursitis. I thought it got worse and have lower back pain. Doctor ordered another 2 MRI's... I really hate that machine. I'm claustrophobic and I was in there for half an hour. I think my torn labrum is rubbing the bone because its a pressure when standing, or sitting, but not as much when walking or laying down. I'm only 38 but am very afraid of the arthritis and not being able to live pain free. I don't want to have to take any pills and have been trying to walk long distances for 1-2 hours, stretching afterwards then a hot soak in epsom salts. It seems to numb the pain from walking but I'm thinking that the FAI impingement is just grinding down and I'm getting numb from that. Now after seeing what you guys said, it might be my lower back and not just the hip.
The only thing that I found is flat on my back I feel no. I can't walk very far I have to use a walker I have perennial neuropathy and I broke my Femur bone four years ago. How to use a cane to get around. I had a bicycle that I would ride and I got a lot of exercise. But in a crosswalk I got hit by a midsize truck I've been disabled since then. Now there's other problems coming up with the leg that I'm trying to figure out. Thanks for the video. And thanks for a platform to discuss it.
Thanks, gents, helped me rule out arthritis (yay!) and bursitis (yay the 2nd).
had half a year ago ankle broken, had no surgery only a cest. after they took it away and i could take my aircast too, my leg hat was short 1,5-2CM due to previous hip surgery prevented me from learning to walk again , my question whatto do know ? will I walk again ?
I have some soreness, when rubbed at a 4 and maybe a 2 when sitting (like a bruise i suppose). This occurs from about 3” below the bursa to 5” on my rhs. Any ideas?
Thank you for your videos! A question could you use microphones?. Sometimes isn't easy to understand some sentences. Thank you ♡
Do you recommend hip replacement in any issue when it make twist sound always is good for future? Please reply
Can you what advise I can do for may hips.orthophedic surgeon last source to do pls.
where you guys located? and how can i get a consolation? my chiropractor and primary doctor cant figure my chronic sciatic pain out. would like to solve this problem without Sergey. willing to travel.
Hi Guys. I love your videos and have gotten a lot of relief from them for other issues I've had, so Thanks very much! I have a question about hip bursitis. I had a pretty bad case of this a little more than a decade ago and did go to PT for it. I think it's gotten aggravated again due to recent exercise/karate classes after a long time without much exercise. My question is, can the pain from hip bursitis go all the way down to the heel and outside ankle? Most everything feels like it did last time, but the heel pain this time is far worse. It's mainly at the back side of the heel and runs under and over to the outside ankle. (I also have a history of herniated discs in the lower back, but this has been feeling great since my recent activity and doesn't hurt at all doing the upward dog test you showed in this video). Thanks again and keep it up!
I have the same problems too
But my right hip and right shoulder and my knee and right ankle what can I do to help to heal them to bob and Brad
I think I have bursitis do to my tail bone constantly shifting of getting stuck on either side depending on the day. My legs switch lengths also.
Hi bob and Brad I was wondering Sunday I lost my balance I had the tv on but I wasn’t not paying any attention to it and I went to the chiropractor and she said twisted and knee and hip and right shoulder got hurt few days ago
Love u guys
