He got a sore on his foot. He ignored it. His ac1 was 12. The diabetes didn't phase him. He still stood outside my job smoking cigarettes every day. Gangrene formed on his foot. He put on a therapy boot and WAS STILL POPPING UP!!! He pretended he wasn't in pain. His sister took him to the ER & they amputated the ENTIRE LEG. You would think he would care about his diabetes right? Nope! He was still popping up! Guess where? MY SOCIAL MEDIA. With the new supply, traveling and taking pictures with an open wound, sitting in a wheel chair. I know he had to be in a lot of pain. He looked crazy in the pics. He didn't even let the amputation heal up. He wanted me to see him with the new supply so bad. Then he lost his job because he can't walk, and I quit that job. He doesn't know where I work now so he can't pop up. Even GANGRENE can't stop a narcissist!!!!!

Mine was a pop up. He never begged me but showed up at bars, my work, knocking on my doors and windows threatening to get me kicked out. If I didn't take his call he would send a threatening text about I needed to return his call then he would show up thinju g I had someone inside

This is the first talk on "pop up narcs". After she dumped me, I ignored her at our AA meetings. Then she started popping up in the parking lots or when she figured out where I'd be, she'd pop up. Very interesting. I did ask her if she wanted to talk, and she told me we could talk at the meeting. I'm kind of quiet but can entertain people if they are right but I don't have much in the way of friends, so I never stayed after meetings to talk. I stopped going to that meeting because I thought she just wanted to show everyone her new prize which she did choreograph very well, me following her after getting coffee and we had to pass in front of the entire AA meeting, all eyes were on us. But she'd pop up in other places.
This happened to me so many times with all my ex's. Everything would be cool. I stop hearing from them. Cool, I'm not chasing you. All of a sudden they outside peeking in my window blowing up my phone. I would never let them know where I worked now they texting and begging me to pick me up from work. I wouldn't dear give them the location to where I worked same reason I didn't want him popping up at my job. And yes, they would come over half clean which made me want to not want them even more. That was the icing on the cake. I could not understand what was wrong with them.At that point I have had it I wanted them to leave me alone and stay away from me. Next time they popped up they was standing outside my door looking crazy because I didn't answer it. They would leave note in the mailbox, there new number smh now I understand thanks for explaining 😂
Oh my God, I love your videos Leon. This is exactly what happened to me. My ex narc popped up at my job in January 2023, but he didn't beg or say anything regarding us. He made it seem like he wanted to see his son at the school where I work. He did call my job 3 minutes prior to him pulling up. He knew I had blocked him, so that's why he had to call my job. Once he arrived at our son's school/ my work place, I walked outside and looked him in the face and told him, dont come to my job. I havent seen or heard from him since that day. He basically put me through the devaluation stage the end of last year. I think he was trying to make me his side piece, but I went no contact in December. We were together for 25 yrs. I was so hurt by how he was treating me last yr. He had started ghosting me and giving me the silent treatment. I saw a girl's number saved in his phone, and when I confronted him about her, he made it seem like she was just a friend. I knew he was a narc. I realized that 7 yrs ago, but I just didn't know everything about the disorder. He's real sneaky, he's a covert narc.

Hey Leon, I think aside from the more studies-based Narc channels, the people I appreciate otherwise are those who are raw and honest about their Narc mental processes. I had already seen this video prior, and tonight I had a very unexpected Pop-Up experience and came back to this video afterward. I handled it from a place of strength. But the relentlessness of them has me worried. Like you said, they don’t care where or who you’re with. I actually thought he was too unremorseful and set on making me jealous, that I didn’t think the Pop-Up video applied to me even though I watched it already. I have already been steadfast on ignoring their presence and their flying monkeys in my immediate community; started focusing on my mental health and physicality, spending time with others who we mutually know but being discreet and not unnecessarily bad mouthing. So, after tonight… it showed me things on his end are more… let’s say, out of touch with reality, unhinged, or more ballsy than I thought. When you were a pop-up narc, what if a lady was with her kid, or niece/nephew? Like, were kids enough to scare you off from your audacity? Bc that’s what I’m worried about; that seems to require the next level of craziness that I wanna be prepared for. And I wanna live my life and bring loved ones around my home/community, but don’t want the Narc to use those times to catch me off-guard (again).

My ex narc (baby daddy of our two babies). Continuously popping up looking crazy. He’s a really good looking man. But damn he’s going through it, neglecting his hygiene. He lost a woman who fed him, bathed him, massaged him, and literally treated him like God. I know he’s sick now. Stuck searching for women who probably piss him off because he secretly despises prostitutes yet entertains them. I have love for him. But from sympathy. He cheated and verbally abused me too much. This is FACTS!!! Use to wonder why when my ex came back he looked so rough. After I would give him another chance he would start to look healthy again. The last time was the LAST time. When he left that time I packed up and moved 1000 miles away. He still randomly calls, or texts, but it goes unanswered. Now I’m living life where I always wanted to live, and I’m sure he’s still stuck going nowhere, buying cocaine every weekend, with the same ratchet chicks he was cheating on me with. Even if he has another main chick she still wouldn’t be me because all he ever knew how to pick was ignorant women just like him. I helped him start a business, we were building together , making plans. Now he lost everything, and lives in his aunts basement. Bye bye playboy. Hope your having fun being broke, and busted.

Since December, when I finally "discarded" him, he hasn't shown any interest in our 3.5 yo son, but has "popped up" 3 times pretending to care, completely disrespecting me, but he's not making any contact with me but using my mom as a flying monkey 😒

Mine popped up 3 months after a discard. But soon after I just decided it was best to block and be blessed. Spending time with my family, church and good friends. It feels so much better to be loved truly. I don't miss him at all.

Yes sir mr. Leon you are right I'd be spooked out when I send them, I'm talking about this narcissist. Already can't stand the black eyes I can't stand the way their energy feels! So I act like I don't see him I put on disguises if I can oh I stay out of the public eye where I don't run into them. So I try to ghost, and keep my distance. Now that I have made a spiritual transformation, I can feel those energies quick. And he's following the very downloads that some of the therapists have been telling us about when it comes to the behavior of the narcissist the whole range of following around the watching you you're always there they won't leave, don't want to see you with nobody else but they want to see themselves with everybody else. And the way I feel about them not want to see person that they feel that has the best Supply with anyone else, because they know that that person will commit to the person that they get with unlike them they don't commit to no one. But they know you will. And that's why they don't want to see you with nobody else they know they will lose you most definitely. And that's what I see but I'm not interested in dating right now anyway I ain't got time, because I am still trying to heal.

This is the first talk on "pop up narcs". After she dumped me, I ignored her at our AA meetings. Then she started popping up in the parking lots or when she figured out where I'd be, she'd pop up. Very interesting. I did ask her if she wanted to talk, and she told me we could talk at the meeting. I'm kind of quiet but can entertain people if they are right but I don't have much in the way of friends, so I never stayed after meetings to talk. I stopped going to that meeting because I thought she just wanted to show everyone her new prize which she did choreograph very well, me following her after getting coffee and we had to pass in front of the entire AA meeting, all eyes were on us. But she'd pop up in other places.
This happened to me so many times with all my ex's. Everything would be cool. I stop hearing from them. Cool, I'm not chasing you. All of a sudden they outside peeking in my window blowing up my phone. I would never let them know where I worked now they texting and begging me to pick me up from work. I wouldn't dear give them the location to where I worked same reason I didn't want him popping up at my job. And yes, they would come over half clean which made me want to not want them even more. That was the icing on the cake. I could not understand what was wrong with them.At that point I have had it I wanted them to leave me alone and stay away from me. Next time they popped up they was standing outside my door looking crazy because I didn't answer it. They would leave note in the mailbox, there new number smh now I understand thanks for explaining 😂
Oh my God, I love your videos Leon. This is exactly what happened to me. My ex narc popped up at my job in January 2023, but he didn't beg or say anything regarding us. He made it seem like he wanted to see his son at the school where I work. He did call my job 3 minutes prior to him pulling up. He knew I had blocked him, so that's why he had to call my job. Once he arrived at our son's school/ my work place, I walked outside and looked him in the face and told him, dont come to my job. I havent seen or heard from him since that day. He basically put me through the devaluation stage the end of last year. I think he was trying to make me his side piece, but I went no contact in December. We were together for 25 yrs. I was so hurt by how he was treating me last yr. He had started ghosting me and giving me the silent treatment. I saw a girl's number saved in his phone, and when I confronted him about her, he made it seem like she was just a friend. I knew he was a narc. I realized that 7 yrs ago, but I just didn't know everything about the disorder. He's real sneaky, he's a covert narc.
If you are still there. How did you last 18 years with him without realising he is narscistic? I realised within a year and i was unablr to let him manioulate me. How did you endure that for 18 years?

Hey Leon, I think aside from the more studies-based Narc channels, the people I appreciate otherwise are those who are raw and honest about their Narc mental processes.
I had already seen this video prior, and tonight I had a very unexpected Pop-Up experience and came back to this video afterward. I handled it from a place of strength. But the relentlessness of them has me worried. Like you said, they don’t care where or who you’re with. I actually thought he was too unremorseful and set on making me jealous, that I didn’t think the Pop-Up video applied to me even though I watched it already.
I have already been steadfast on ignoring their presence and their flying monkeys in my immediate community; started focusing on my mental health and physicality, spending time with others who we mutually know but being discreet and not unnecessarily bad mouthing.
So, after tonight… it showed me things on his end are more… let’s say, out of touch with reality, unhinged, or more ballsy than I thought.
When you were a pop-up narc, what if a lady was with her kid, or niece/nephew? Like, were kids enough to scare you off from your audacity? Bc that’s what I’m worried about; that seems to require the next level of craziness that I wanna be prepared for. And I wanna live my life and bring loved ones around my home/community, but don’t want the Narc to use those times to catch me off-guard (again).
