    Great video! The Ordinary makes solid products. I noticed in an earlier video you mentioned just applying a ton of The Ordinary (or whatever brand) Squalane oil as the last step in routine before bed, and personally this has made a big difference! Any reason though to use Squalane oil over Rosehip oil as I found the latter to have more benefits with anti aging from google searching?

    • @Dr_Abs
      @Dr_Abs  Рік тому +18

      They really do! I don't think everything they make is great but I have respect for what they've done overall. I'm glad that truck has helped you out 😁 rosehip is good too because it has a precursor of vitamin a in it. However, in reality this isn't that useful because ideally we're gonna have high quality full vitamin a in our routines anyway.

  • @evarkf
    @evarkf 2 місяці тому +5

    10% niacinamide serum is way to strong! My oily nose and chin get completely dried out and flaky. Avoid! Especially on the dry skin and/or sensitive, not oily areas, as around the eyes. Niacinamide topically controls sebum production, that means, it dries the skin. My mature skin hates it! Not good.
