This video is incredibly insightful! The way you simplify skincare to a single-step routine while emphasizing evidence-based practices is game-changing. Your experience with over 10,000 patients adds so much credibility, and the bonus tips about LED masks, micro-needling, and optimizing diets are super practical. Thank you for breaking down complex concepts into such understandable advice. Looking forward to more videos like this!

I can testify to this. I’ve been carnivore for over 4 years and just spent three weeks in Australia. I was out in the sun every single day, used no SPF cream whatsoever, and didn’t burn.
I’m 48 yrs of age and my skin is looking better than it did 10 years ago. I use Adapalene, a dermaroller (sporadically), Squalane, and an LED panel (on occasion).
I’d love to try the testosterone propionate cream as I suspect it will cause less tingling etc than the Retinoid agonists, and the results from the study Dr Abs refers to shows incredible outcomes….
Great video/info as always Abs! 🫡

For my 1% Test-propinate crème, I had my doctor call a ‘compounding pharmacy’ to produce. I’m still early (only 3~4months in), but growing confidence that I’m actually seeing good signs from it… unlike loads of other products I’ve tried. I’m hopefully optimistic that it’s the real deal!

Don’t leave it. You need something prescription strength. I developed acne in my 40s. All bloodwork came back fine and the doctor wanted to start me on hrt because they said I was probably pre menopausal which was causing it. I went to private clinic which prescribed metronidazole and within 3 weeks there was much improvement. So that could be a good starting point for you too. Unless you can get straight onto the tretinoin. I just managed to buy some over the counter in Mexico so if you know anyone off on their holidays research if they sell that over the counter and ask them to pick you a tube up. 0.025 % strength to start with.

Nowadays, with tech advances in skincare, anything without collagen or keratin peptides is a waste of money. You need a multipeptide collagen and keratin treatment with growth factors. Skinlyte has a soap that is loaded not only with collagen but also keratin peptides. It is called Hair & Whole Body Bar. It is fast absorbed because it has an enhanced peptide binding enhancement technology which produces water molecules in a condensation reaction that hydrates skin and hair naturally. It repairs, grows hair, naturally moisturizes, rebuilds and strengthens hair and skin. I got it at Amazon and I am impressed with new benefits I discover every time I use it. I noticed many improvements in my hair, skin and nails. What I like best about it is that it's all natural and without harmful chemicals such as synthetic dyes, fragrance, SLS or preservatives.

You are exfoliating too often. Of course your skin is dry.
Apply some Jojoba oil to your damp skin before bed.
In the morning, use your face sebum with cool water on fingertips and gently massage it around your face. Pat dry or let it air dry.

@DMoneyLocks yeah, you are gonna have to stop exfoliating every night. Your poor skin is trying to keep up with what you are doing to it. You gotta stop and let it readjust.

Sir, I find your website page difficult to navigate. Im trying to submit an application for a prescription for your T-cream and before submitting it, asks me if i read and agree to the terms and "product bands" (can't remember terminology) but can't find that information to view anywhere? Having band country's in the general discrimination of the product would be helpful. I live in the United States sir. Can you please let me know if I can continue with my application purchase.

I’m wondering about using topical testosterone use and how much systemic absorption you would get as someone who using topical estrogen I know topicals can create systemic absorption. I’d like to try the testosterone but can’t afford more hair loss. Also wondering if topical estrogen cream has the same affect? Thanks for the insight.
