    I'm 53 y.o. and more overweight than I care to admit publicly. I just started working out two days ago with the low impact routine.Tonight I went to the 10 minute Low Impact and the 10 minute trainer to lose bellyfat. I'm tired, but feel great! Tomorrow morning may be a different story if I can't move! :) Looking forward getting back to healthy and to not being ashamed to try on new clothes!

    Done this for 6 months 3 times a week. As you get better increase your dumbells. My trick was intermittent fasting and doing this fasted. 55lb lost in 6 months. Thank you hasfit

    @PlumpLady718 Yes! You should eat with 30-60 minutes after a workout. Your body just used a bunch of fuel (food) to get through the workout and it is your job to replenish it. It is up to you what foods you give your body though. Check out the free Guide To Losing Fat at HASfit .com to see what foods you should be eating.

    "Surfed" through a lot of workout videos and found this one worked the best! I didnt have any dumbbells..but used bands and a weight ball in place of them and it still worked great..here's to weight loss and toning!!! THANKS!!!!

    I am stepping up to this workout from a 10 minute cardio. I have out paced the first workout and need more intensity in the ten minute slot.
