1 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 tbs of minced garlic
1 cap full of vinegar
2 lbs of beef (drain the excessive grease after it cooks)
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 1/2 tbs of creole seasoning
1 1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tbs of Chilli powder
2 1/2 cups of milk
2 1/2 cups of water
1 can of tomato paste
Chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1 pack of elbow noodles

Thank you. Yes, the vinegar kills the bacteria that’s in the meat and the impurities. The meat taste so much fresher when I add vinegar to it. And it removes the gamy taste
