You can make a flea trap to use at night (or in a dark room) by putting a shallow pan like a cookie sheet or cake pan under a night light (*turn off as many other lights as possible). Put water in it & add a drop or two of dish soap to break the water surface tension.
Fleas/etc will jump at the light, fall in the water & drown. The best part is not using chemicals that can make your pet sick if they drink it 😺👍

hard pressed virgin coconut oil ... come a in a jar at ALDI stores.. looks bright white smells nice ... harmless. works.
Make sure you use CAT friendly products bc products made for dogs are often contraindicated bc cats lick themselves so much &/or react differently to things.
You can purchase it over-the-counter or on Amazon.
My fave coconut oil! FYI, we just went to pick up some more at Aldi and both there & Kroger have changed the jars from glass to plastic! It was such a disappointment. I wish enough people would write the company & complain. Then maybe they'd switch it back?! Anyway, thought I'd share what we found last week. @@lklein1804
@@VeterinarySecrets my catahoula had that issue couple yrs ago, I used it .. multiple times ... till the fleas went away and She healed etc completely... took some old school work with small tooth comb as well. A little patience and repitition and work. It was not Too bad at all. Thank God. And. One of my kitties had dry patches until I found a better wet food and I used the coconut on her spots as well. Soothing healing... that worked also. Voila. Thanx doc. I LOVE and rely on your advice. Often!!
yes but in a dog movie to include the veteranary minds of the likes of pluto and goofy, actually i cant reference the film but i did watch it, dogs like exactly 1 flea. I have eucalyptus trees on my palatial bel air estate so my dog hasnt seen his first flea yet, but I may buy him one from the store.
Help pls..does a spray of baking soda and water kill fleas ..or is it bad especially for huskys. I got flea and wormer that didn't work. My vet was closed on the weekend. They need help
