Thank you! Keify and I made it with a software program called "Toonly!" The blonde with glasses was the character that looked the most like me to us. We had fun creating it and I'm really glad you like it!

Check out my response to your most recent comment other than this one, I think I answered this question unknowingly, there! And I meant to say in my previous response, thank you so much for your kind words! They mean a lot to me, sincerely 🧡

I mainly do kegels to keep myself "tight" lol...though I don't do them all the time :D hope that's okay?

The whole notion of doing kegels to keep "tight" is so interesting to me. There's definitely cases where that's... more applicable/truer, if that makes sense. But I'm not convinced it's something that needs to be done indefinitely by everyone forever. Your pelvic floor is a skeletal muscle, so I see the parallels of working out your glutes for example to keep your buttocks shaped... but it's not a global stabilizer. It's a deep core muscle and it's on so much during the day, like your diaphragm, and I don't know of anyone pushing exercises for the diaphragm to keep your breath/voice/etc. a certain way. If someone has no history of pelvic stuff, the pelvic floor should activate and get plenty of exercise supporting its person throughout the day, just like the diaphragm does... at least that's what makes sense in my head.
All of this to say, it's probably fine for a figurative someone to do kegels here and there to keep "tight," but it's always hard for me to know for a specific individual for sure because I can't assess your pelvic floor.

@@PelvicEmpowerment That makes sense, it's just something I've heard for the last few years lol. I've had times where I've been "too tight" though and needed to use a dilator lmao. So I certainly don't need to do them that often haha :D I've gotta admit though, I've been curious about ben-wa balls for ages now, just never actually bought any as I'm afraid they'll get lost though I know it's not physically possible. :P

@@RedRoseSeptember22 Yeah, I definitely would lean more towards pelvic floor relaxation with a history of being "too tight!"
I've actually been intending to create a video about ben wa balls/jade eggs/etc! I'm really intrigued by the practice... from a purely objective lens of course there are people who likely "shouldn't" do it... but I also understand there are spiritual benefits, which makes it a lot grayer in my eyes!
Totally valid fear, by the way! I know you know anatomically you can't lose them, but that's still a totally understandable feeling. I wonder if there are "trainer" or "introductory" products that are on a string that can help someone feel more comfortable or something like that!
