What does it mean if i don't get contraction only tingling and if I increase the power it starts hurting? The tingling only starts at 35, I'm afraid to go further up..?

I’m so glad I watched this as I had the probe upside down ( it doesn’t explain it on the leaflet that I could see?) I think this needs to be addressed. Really helpful explanation thank you

I’m just starting new on P01 the leaflet says do this for 4 weeks but this video seems to jump to 10 quite quickly. I don’t feel any pelvic floor contractions. Just a knocking sensation during the work phase. I don’t know if the glide is suitable for me as I have atrophy.
