Giving a shout out to you guys! I have this car with mach system. So was looking for a remedy. Came across this video and was a massive help. I went followed step by step, made the same amp rack, used the same amp, same 5x7's focals & 2x jl audio 10's in the jl audio bass wedge box. Fit perfect! I only have a single din though. I also decided to run all new speaker wire. I got to tell you guys, I have so much respect for what you guys do! This is Not an easy job, I did this myself and I must of spent atleast 24 hours of labor on it. It was ridiculous! I took my time and did everything right, all the way down to tuning everything with an oscilloscope. SOUNDS phenominal ! And couldn't have done it without this video. I'm a hydraulic mechanic and thought this would be a breeze! Nope this job ain't for the faint hearted lol, especially being 6'2 240. Wasn't fun crawling around in that tin can! Anyways Thank you guys for what you do, you guys do phenomenal work! Keep it up

I have no audio skills, I spent 5k at our local car toys, they do great work. I have the drone mobile system as well. I see from watching your video it's a lot of know how that goes into great sound. Only problem I ever had was my battery cable connections weren't making proper contact, they replaced my cable tips and everything is working fine. Your video is a lot of knowledge and well skilled and entertaining. Wish I had a brain for the work, but you're a audio artist. Awesome thanks for the video.

I just finished installing a Kenwood DNX997XR in my 2006 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab! I have been using my DNX7100 which has been a great radio, But this new one is absolutely incredible! Next I’ll be installing some sound deadening material because this truck is extremely littered with road noise along with an amp and speakers in the factory locations! I will be finishing the system off with an amp and some type of sub, Some thing that will not take up too much room!
The only complaint I have is that the new GPS antenna is not magnetic, I am currently living in South Carolina and double-sided tape does not seem like a smart choice to use in this type of heat!

My brother had a Mustang with a Mach system. His car was a ? I forget the year but like a 35th? Anniversary edition and the Mach stereo was full blown. 6 amps on a rack in the trunk. 4 on top and 2 on the bottom and it had two 10" subs, FACTORY, in each corner. To top it off, it was all factory Rockford Fosgate.
I wouldn't even want ty think about swapping that out.

Isn't "Hi-res compatible" Bull sh*t? There's no DAC in the amp, so It takes whatever analog signal you give it. So pretty much ALL amps are Hi Res compatible. LMAO

The fact they started the pony car/muscle car era back in the 60s that brought us badass cars that we have today make them pretty special😂
