      The best time is when you feel like you need to change your energy. In the morning, it can help activate and jump start your energy. In the evening, it can help you release and let go preparing yourself for sleep.

    • @Yelloow7
      @Yelloow7 Рік тому +5

      This routine is very versatile. In the morning I like to use it to start my circulation like a cup of coffee for my energy. In the evening, I use it to shake off the day's stress and tension, like a night cap. Your intention has a lot of power.

      @Yelloow7 Рік тому +2

      This practice will help you manage your nervous system. It will help you shift from fight or flight (sympathetic NS) to rest and digest (parasympathetic NS) and a more healing state. Most conditions will improve as we spend more time in the parasympathetic state.

    What does it mean if I feel a lot of times when I’m sitting, standing, sleeping, or even smoking my body movies it’s like gravity and swings from itself until I use my body weight and strength to pull it back or up for a long timebefore i starts these exercises?! The same feeling you mentioned during the exercise when placing the hands on the abdomen and feels how the body moves because of the energy flow!

    • @Yelloow7
      @Yelloow7 Рік тому

      Thank you for your question. Most people do these things unconsciously. It sounds like you have started to "watch" or "observe" the movements and sensations more consciously or mindfully. Hearing this, I feel you will have a fairly easy time connecting to the energy and then utilizing it how you would choose. Becoming the master of your energy! I look forward to hear how you grow! 😁🤩🙏

    • @Yelloow7
      @Yelloow7 Рік тому

      Hi Alondra, I am happy to hear you felt physical relief afterwards. The emotional response is fairly common as well in qigong as all energy, physical, mental, and emotional are connected. This is part of the refreshing process. Step 3 in Brain Education. It means you did a great job! 😊❤
