    I love this. I don't love laying down during a workout so this is right up my alley! I will be "joining" you and my cats won't be able to climb on me!!

    Can you do with sneakers on?

      Yes! Great to do barefoot, but I do have clients that need to wear sneakers due to foot concerns, or their doing the workouts outside. Absolutely go for it. Thanks for tuning in
