Hi from New Zealand I'm an out of shape 60+ year old ...I'm so glad I found you n this particular workout as I have bad knees n find it hard to get onto the ground n get back up off the ground and I can't kneel ...looking forward to doing these exercises n anymore standing wall pilates as I get fitter

Ooo, this is a big help. I’ve got a sciatic nerve activated right now. These are stabilizing the muscles and calming it all down. I’m 68, with RA, finding exercises that work and aren’t too much is hard. Plus, the space I have to work in is cramped. Perfect!

I don’t think you did it evenly on both legs
Sometimes it can feel like that on the second leg because the leg is already fatigued from stabilizing.
