First of all say no to sugar and frizzy drinks. Take warm water and 10 seeds of klonji(black seeds) early morning. Than take breakfast. Take half paratha with salan and tea. At 11am take a snak or milk shake( no sugar) or any fruit. In lunch what ever u eat bring it half firstly. In dinner take half roti and salad. Take green tea before sleeping. I also walk which helped me alot. Try to take as much steps. Start from minimum 3000 and gradually increase it. I also followed Alex ren ab workout for 2 weeks. Don't get hard on urself. Try to lose one pound but be consistent and motivated. Hope it will help you. I was 65kg and now 55kg Alhamdulillah. It takes time but don't lose hope. Drink normal water and atleast take one glass of water in every hour at day time.

Then take
Boil egg with veg kabab
Then i had added some exercises
*stairs
*jumping jacks
*hand exercises
*squats
Lunch
Any 2 fruits
Or chana chat
Dinner
10 spoon boiled rice(namak and zeera) and sath me koi bhi salan
Then walk 20 minute
And before sleeping drink green tea or cinnamon hot water or normal water
I will tell about my weight loss after every 15 days

First of all say no to sugar and frizzy drinks.
Take warm water and 10 seeds of klonji(black seeds) early morning. Than take breakfast. Take half paratha with salan and tea.
At 11am take a snak or milk shake( no sugar) or any fruit.
In lunch what ever u eat bring it half firstly.
In dinner take half roti and salad.
Take green tea before sleeping.
I also walk which helped me alot. Try to take as much steps. Start from minimum 3000 and gradually increase it.
I also followed Alex ren ab workout for 2 weeks.
Don't get hard on urself. Try to lose one pound but be consistent and motivated.
Hope it will help you.
I was 65kg and now 55kg Alhamdulillah. It takes time but don't lose hope.
Drink normal water and atleast take one glass of water in every hour at day time.
