Well I cant skip my egg paratha in desi ghee and with very young kids cannot sleep well. But what i do is I do intermittent fasting 14 or sometime 16 hours and do my dinner before 7pm. Not heavy or oily with walk . Works for me. Portion control if you eat something fav

Mn subha black coffee without sugar leti hon or 12 bjy 2 boil eggs. Ek brown bread ka silce or chai without sugar. Mn ny 1month mn 3kg weight lose kiya hai😊
Very informative video. Only thing that really worked for me, is cutting off carbs ( specially roti, paratha bread) from my meals. I try to eat a lot of protein specially chickpeas. I take rice occasionally.

excellent V-log. I am struggling these days to reduce my weight. i only eat 02 boiled eggs with one tea in breakfast. i don't eat a proper lunch but eat one apple and two bananas. that it. I also take two to three cups of green tea. finally, eat dinner at 6:00 pm daily. i will shift from tea to coffee in the morning.
