Morning: methi Dana soaked eat with warm water, also have honey water
Breakfast: smothee and eggs
Or omlet or tea
Or Fry egg bread keep changing breakfast
Sunday could be cheat day
Snack: 2 able spoon chana ( rosted) snack
Rest of time water, don't take detox water in make you hungry
Lunch:
rice double boil throw water and home cooked salan small portion and salad.
Some times roti and salan. Small portion
Evening: tea and 1. Biscuit
Dinner:
Barbecue or fruits or
Roti ( sometimes in a week) and less salan but not too much dinner
Eat small dinner. Sunnat says you should have dinner, it doesn't mean you need to eat alot. Just eat less.

Eat only when hungry and stop eating when you still have a bit of hunger left. Don’t keep eating till your stomach is full and you don’t have any craving for food. A golden rule & Sunnah of the prophet(saw).
Easiest way without exercise:
reduce calories:
1 . morning 2 to 3 boill eggs
2 . full day when you feel hungry take apples
3.Drink water at least 3 to 4 liter full day
4 .night take chicken breast with salad 🥗 nd chapati.
sleep 6 to 8 hours ..
Note: This is low calories diet.

Eat cereal or brown bread .
Meat mostly should be stem and less oil .less spices. No junk food . Eat fruits or dry fruits if u are hungry. No chocolates . No sugar. No white rice .use brown rice . Fish is better then mutton.
Vegetables and grains ( daal koi si bhi) beans are good . Yogurt is also good

We don't need to leave sugary food, cold drinks, junk, tea with sugar, roti and chawal. We have to control the quantity we take. We can eat anything, but we just have to control the quantity.

Warish/Walk kuch bhi karti hoon jisse body warmup hoti hai to Migraine start ho jati hai. Aap jo bata rahi hain main wese pehle se kar rahi hoon. In the video, you mentioned that when you eat fast food items, you skip one meal. Whenever I do office, I'm eating outside food which is usually unhealthy. How do I maintain my weight while in office? I am following this method of skipping one meal currently.
Hey hun when you are at office. Try to get healthy things like chicken salad or a healthy sandwich instead of burgers. Eat grill chicken or cucumbers 🥒

It's good for those who are home most of times. For fulltime mothers who are also working full time. It is really hard to stick to this diet or even make separate food for self. Please help yourself with reduce food and low cals.

Avoid these foods
Sugary food,cold drinks,junk food, tea with sugar, roti chapati
Morning methi Dana with warm water eat it 1 spoon
Then 1 cup warm water with honey 1 tea spoon honey
options
Option one green smothy with boil egg
Option Two : 1 slice bread with 1 fry egg with one cup of tea without sugar
Option three: 1 slice of bread with one or 2 egg omelet with one cup of tea without sugar
Then at 11 o clock 2 table spoon rosted chick peas don't take more than this amount
Nothing else except water until lunch. Note that do not use detox water especially with ginger and lemon it will make you more hungry. If you are still hungry have half apple
Lunch 12 pm
Option 1 any salan with half roti and salad is must
Option 2 half plate rice (without starch) with salan and salad
Option 3 barbecue chicken or salan with half roti and salad
Evening tea with any sugar free biscuit like zero plus
Dinner before 8.00 pm
Option 1:Half barbecue piece
Option 2 :any salan but no roti
Option 3 :Two boild chicken pieces
Option 4: two boiled chicken pieces with boiled pasta
Option 5 fruits chat small bowl
Don't take roti more than tree times a week, try to avoid roti for dinner if you want roti have half and finish dinner before 8 am
Finish dinner before 8 pm
Sunday is a cheat day
Note: green tea do not loose weight only have 3-4 times a week
Tips
If you are awake avoid snakes especially fruits they have sugar and gain weight
Wrong food at wrong time gain weight.
If you are going to a party skip one meal so you can eat there; but don't over eat at party.
Avoid detox water as it can cause acidity as you are dieting.
Eat less and balanced stay happy
Stay active throughout the day.
Walk 30 minut before sleeping
Eat less, avoid sugar, avoid fried food, if eating fried stuff obsorb excess oil from it with paper towel and eat less may one pakora only
EAT Less EAT less (means portions control)
