    Hi, we are indeed debating whether to live in Saskatoon or Winnipeg. But for us one of the criteria involves whether we can find a golf course that we like, plus, walking and biking trails and plus, a place where we don't have to listen to traffic or train noise. Wish us luck.

    Hi friend, great video. I would like some advice, I'm Brazilian and I intend to go to Saskatoon, which area do you think I should focus on for work? So we can get to work now. Another thing, what cost do you think a couple without children will have in a simple life? And if you have any other advice, thank you friend.

However, I wanted to prepare to spend as little as possible of the money I'm going to take from Brazil. If you can help with any information, thank you.

    I have moved to sask from BC and I could not been any sadder ! it is horrible , greedy landlord asking vancouver prices for a shack basement for what saskatoon ? it doesn't even compare to vancouver in anyway not to mention the views and weather ! moving back to some rural BC town with friendly people unlike grumpy people here make you feel very unwelcome ! 1700-1800$ for a basement without utilities in the least desirable cities full
    of crimes is just insane to me !!!

      I moved to Saskatoon on the 1st and it's been a shock! Never thought Canada could be like this :( It's been such a scary and weird experience. I don't think that the people who live here (and haven't been to other parts of the country) realize how differently they're living than the rest of us. I'm exhausted and it hasn't even been a month. It's very different quality of life here. It's made me appreciate Ontario more, and I hope to return one day maybe. I've also considered Winnipeg, hence watching this video, but I've heard that crime there is outrageous and really, really bad. Very violent. So, I'm just going to use my time in Saskatoon to study and get my work done, and hopefully save up to leave lol. Unless, hey who knows? Maybe it'll turn out to be my home and I'll create roots here. We'll see lol.

    • @lt8901
      @lt8901 4 місяці тому

      @saskatchewanrealtor The shock for me is the crime and how much addiction, homelessness, and prostitution are on the west side. I moved here as a renter and am currently in a horrible area. I wasn't aware that places like this actually existed in Canada. Although I've been working and it's helped normalize my life, I am hoping to get out of such a dangerous neighborhood. It's so good to hear you stayed and you seem to be doing well for yourself!
